Vastaavan työnjohtajan yhteydenpito sekä meihin että isännöitsijään päin oli sujuvaa. Itse remontti pysyi hyvin aikataulussa, ilmoitetun budjetin rajoissa ja työn jälki vaikuttaa kauttaaltaan laadukkaalta. Suositus tälle!

Tiina Hakala: oli ehdottomasti parasta. Ammattimaisuudeltaan kaikki tarjouksen tehneet yritykset vaikuttivat sinänsä yhtä tasokkailta ja olivat saaneet työstään hyviä arvosteluja, mutta se, mikä erotti Helsingin Kylpyhuoneremontin muista, oli nimenomaan viestintä, mukaan lukien hyvä ja selkeä suomen kieli kaikissa teksteissä. Tämä toiveeni toteutui, sillä materiaalivaihtoehdoistakin sain valmiit ehdotukset, joista oli helppo valita.Työnjälki oli moitteettonta, lopputulos erinomainen.

Juke530: N. 50v vanhaan taloon rakennettiin WC -tilan yhteyteen suihkutila. Kaikki seinälevyt, pinnat, laatat, kalusteet pl. WC -pytty uusittiin. Lisäksi tilaan tehtiin lattiakaivo, jota WC -tilassa ei ennestään ollut eli lattian piikkaustakin urakkaan kuului. Kaikki meni suunnitellusti. Budjetissa ja aikataulussa pysyttiin ja yhteyshenkilöltä tuli tilannekatsaus riittävän usein, että miten homma etenee. Suosittelen.
