Kjartan Emilsson: Everything was very smooth and friendly, from the time of finalizing the paperwork, getting the vehicle and returning. There was no attempt to upsell unecessary services, which was refreshing. Probably the smoothest car rental experience I have had, which is good for such a small agency with just one employee. I can understand that people might have trouble finding a free parking spot when returning car, as this is in the middle of Kamppi, but I guess that is unavoidable. There was an available spot right in front of the agency and employee took hold of the car immediately so no problem there.
Juni 2000: I described here, employee from Avis vorgotten to say: Office will be closed at 06.01.23.I paid for parking till monday 09.01.23 36€.Avis contacted me and promised to refund this amount. Now i got it.Thank you!Good car, very kind service and support afterwards.

Eve: Recently booked twice with Hertz in Kamppi and the experience was straightforward and smooth. Cars are clean and in great conditions. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The location is also very convenient, as well as the drop off after hours.
Rik Stavale: This will sound like a Hertz commercial but renting an auto from Hertz is pretty painless. Another big plus is that the economy size I requested wasn't available so they gave me a brand new never driven Nissan Qashqai upgrade at no extra cost.
