Miia Rantonen: , we rented moving boxes from Miuttolegendi. The delivery time of these could have been more precisely informed about the time frame in which the boxes will be delivered. Namely, we received confirmation of a more precise time via a roundabout way / through a person completely outside the company, who clarified the matter for us. Contacting Muuttolegendi by phone, via Instagram or by e-mail did not yield results on Saturday. Fortunately, we finally got that golden information, because otherwise we would have had to lurk at home all day waiting. Here, I would have liked clarity and information about the schedule in advance. Ultimately, the service provider must inform the customer without the customer having to explain. All's well that ends well, though.The move itself, on the other hand, went better. Really really good! They were more than an hour behind schedule, but they announced this and luckily we were not in a hurry. Really nice and efficient movers. The belongings of the three people had been taken care of from the two-room apartment in the building with an elevator to the triangle on the top floor of the building without an elevator in four hours.Big thanks to Afshin + a gentleman whose name I don't know. Our family can at least recommend these guys wholeheartedly❣️

Chris Brooks: Olen käyttänyt niitä kahdesti kansainvälisiin lähetyksiin. Kerran Tsekistä Suomeen ja sitten Suomesta Hollantiin noin puolitoista vuotta myöhemmin. UnCharismatic person ever: I would also say a minus bad Finnish writing in messages when I had to read the text over and over again at least three times to understand it, I have dysphasia so I'm bad at sometimes understanding unclear texts, as a minus I also give the fact that I had originally agreed that they would come in the morning but then they suddenly sent a message that "all other times are booked take either this or this time" and then I chose the afternoon. I would hope that they would stick to the agreed times.I also wish they would drive a little more carefully in traffic.The plus side was that they were strong and friendly and the move was affordable 👍

The move went very well, quickly and at a reasonable price. The emptying service took care of the sorting/recycling of unnecessary and broken items from the old apartment. I definitely recommend!
