The training is structured to suit my own life situation, the coaching of Physsari-PT Kasper is encouraging and I really appreciate his expertise when he explains well why certain movements are done and why they are important to me. Coaching is also about ups and downs, which is a nice challenge and goal. And a private training studio is the best.
