Veli Wiio: Jos Viikin yliopiston apteekki on suurimpia uudella maalla, käykää kysymässä mistä saa fluoritonta hammastahnaa sieltä. Harjoitteleva farmaseutti katsoi viattomasti kun raivosin tilannetta paikan päällä. Lopuksi lähetettiin Latviasta asti yrteillä maustettua luonnonmukaista tahnaa, kun tajusin tilanteen. Eikö teitä ihmetytä? Oletteko lukeneet mitä fluori tekee Bäää..äääää lle ??? Suosittelen kookosöljyä ja ruokasoodaa sekoitettuna.

phirstio: The location of the Vuosaari pharmacy is great - a few minutes' walk to the subway, grocery stores next door and the beach a brisk walk away.The pharmacy has an unhurried, relaxed atmosphere. It always suits my mood, no matter what mood I come to the pharmacy with. Instead, when I go to the big pharmacies in the center of Helsinki, I have to put my fatigue and worries aside and focus on being as efficient as possible.Even at peak times, I've always received unhurried service. According to my experience, the time spent on one customer is not limited. Rather, the staff's attitude of ``Ask-whatever'' is conveyed to the customer.I have received information about prescription and over-the-counter medicines and devices. The pharmacist last week even evaluated the wound on my hand at my request. I'm wondering if Apteek should charge a small extra fee for that.When I started as a customer of Vuosaari pharmacy, I hoped that I would get the same nice customer service next time. Over time I have noticed that every customer service person is nice! Very rare! How did such a wonderful team come together? The management must also be good, otherwise the team wouldn't work so cohesively.If I move elsewhere, I'm still going to come to Vuosaari Apteekki by subway to do business.
