Ensimmäistä kertaa Suomessa vieraillut hotellissa ei ole "riisipiirakka"/karjalaista piirakkaa. Kuten muut sanoivat, aamiaisvalikoima on suurempi muissa hotelleissa.
Craig Simons: huippuhotellina. Käyttöaste tuntui tämän seurauksena todella alhaiselta.Sijainti viisas, se on uskomatonta! Vain kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskusasemalta. Voit jopa kävellä suurimman osan ylittämällä tien ja kulkemalla Kampin kauppakeskuksen/bussi-/metroaseman läpi. Niin kätevää, en malta odottaa, että pääsen sinne, kun se avataan uudelleen ja pysyn taas Helsingin sydämessä!!

Martin Hildebrandt: We spent two weeks in the hotel. The service is extremely good, in particular we used and enjoyed the sauna and fitness intensively. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, unfortunately after two weeks it's no longer really varied because it's always the same thing - but that's complaining at a high level.We booked several months in advance and also paid a reasonable price.The location is also very good, you can be in the city center in just a few minutes.We used Uber for the transfer to and from the airport, which cost around €35 with a tipRooms: spacious, the closet could be bigger, was a little tight for two weeks. There is no carpet, but at least you can see that it is cleaned well. Bathroom absolutely okay, the bed was quite hard but that was in our interest.

Harry J: This is my go-to hotel in Helsinki. The massive gym is by far the best hotel facility in Helsinki. Just a 10-15 min walk to the railway station, Kamppi etc., and as a plus the walk is along a beautiful park waterfront. The breakfast selection is excellent, I'd definitely recommend as an add-on. On the other hand the lounge is a bit sad, I would not pay anything extra for that.

Rob Watkins: Overall a good stay, but a few issues!Not the usual quality one expects from a Hilton.The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff did a great job.One morning the hot water broke. The staff were not very apologetic about this, but we were given money off on checkout so do ask if things genuinely go wrong - I would never ask usually but don’t think you should have to pay for a cold shower! I’m surprised about the previous review of breakfast! We were really disappointed.All the hot food was lukewarm at best. This was really disappointing as there was a good selection, but cold bacon and eggs isn’t really that tasty!The sauna and pool area were nice! 👌A previous review mentions the pool is cold, it is but I think that’s the point with a super hot sauna!!! 😂

Alan Darra: We had a great time staying in the hotel Indigo. The hotel is very clean and has a nice modern style. Staff was really helpful and friendly. We were allowed to check in early which really made it easy for us just to head out to explore Helsinki.We absolutely loved the comfortable beds and the bathroom with roomy shower. We started our day with their breakfast of great variety. They offer a buffet and also ordered warm breakfast from a menu, so you'll be sure to find something you'll like. The breakfast was available until 11 am and late checkout at 12 suited us perfectly.We have absolutely nothing to complain about and hence we're happy to leave an honest 5 star review for the hotel.Looking forward to stay here again!

8: -1 is due to breakfast service which I did not like. I stayed couple of nights. The breakfast remains the same throughout the stay which was really boring. Moreover the service of front desk is very food whereas people in the breakfast is relatively unfriendly and unkind and unfriendly and sometimes there was only one person who always had to let incoming customers await while she was cleaning tables or went to the backyard.The location is perfect and very convenient to go to anywhere. 3 stations from the central by the tram.The service of the front desk is very good and kind.The room is very big with modern furniture and items.I believe the price is quite reasonable in terms of its service and quality besides the breakfast. The breakfast is boring and too expensive with bad service.
Dev N: Great hotel, the lobby is on the smaller side but the rooms are great! Check-in took a longer than expected, but I happened to check in when there were a lot of people. Hotel lobby only had two-counters so they could accommodate for anything faster.The rooms are spacious and the shower is great! Breakfast was amazing. You get a hot dish and access to buffet table - so definitely upgrade for breakfast if you can. Breakfast time is strict and ends on time, which was perfectly fine for us - but did hear complains from other hotel-goers. 🤷🏻♀️Really well located and walkable distance to all of the main destinations. Loved our stay!Rooms: Rooms are spacious and clean. Only small issue, tiny really, is that the only location the bathmat can be placed in the bathroom does cause the bathmat to be soak after two person showers. So we ended up placing it outside of the bathroom - not ideal but fine.Safety: Helsinki feels SO safe. And probably is. No worries at all.Walkability: Close access to everywhere. Easy walk and you can even stop by during the day to drop things off!Food & drinks: Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options! You can even try our traditional rice pie, smoked salmon, and other great dishes. They even had a super-food selection where you can add an extra boost to your smoothies, juices, and yoghurt!

Unobstructed view. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of savory and quite sweet. Willing and helpful staff.Rooms: The Standard room is clean but a little small.

It has several terraces available to go out for a drink or enjoy the views of the central station. The suite was very spacious, beautifully decorated, the rooms were flooded with light and the view in two directions crowned the room. Drinks on the 10th floor roof terrace in the evening sun crowned the experience.The service was also excellent, e.g. the children were well looked after and the breakfast varied and comprehensive. I therefore feel like not recommending it to anyone who has to take the first ferry to Tallinn!

Luigi: My wife and I have stayed at many boutique hotels throughout the EU, and had the opportunity to stay here this spring while visiting friends in HEL. The location is great; close to the train station, with quite a few places within walking distance as well, but what set this place apart is the staff and ambiance. We cannot say enough about the staff; friendly, inclusive to all, and you could easily tell they liked what they do. Breakfast was varied and fresh, and there's nothing like sitting with a throw in a comfy chair by the bar on a snowy night. Just a wonderful evening for tired travellers.
Christina Le: Excellent place to stay, even during renovations! The rooms are modern and clean. The location is good, only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was amazing – probably worth staying here for the breakfast alone! It had everything from crepes and croissants to scrambled eggs and sausage to bread, ham, and cheese. The only thing to be aware of with those rooms is that there is a sky bar on site and if you are not into other people's music on the balcony then you should not book the rooms that are on top of hotels. They don't play very loudly, but enough that you end up closing the door.Walkability: The hotel is located at the end of the Esplanade over a single road so you can walk to most things in 15 - 20 minutesFood & drinks: There is an Italian restaurant directly on the ground floor plus a bar and lounge at the same time they have a sky bar which is open Tuesday to Saturday

Cristina Plata: and walk for about 10 min. Once at the hotel, you can take the train again for one stop to the city center or one of the trams that stops directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, gym and sauna were also very clean. The only 2 things that this hotel is missing are a pool and breakfast. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again

Flávia Oliveira: Mukava 4 tähden hotelli kaikilla odotetuilla mukavuuksilla. Saimme kahden hengen queen-huoneen, erittäin tilava ja hyvin pidetty. Henkilökunta oli yleensä erittäin mukavaa. Aamiaisvaihtoehdot olivat fantastisia - ehkä paras, mitä olemme koskaan nähneet hotellissa, vaikka aamiaishuone oli todella täynnä joka aamu. Hieman Helsingin keskustan ulkopuolella, mutta silti kävelymatkan päässä, jos vain ehtii. Kaiken kaikkiaan huomasimme tämän olevan hyvää vastinetta rahalle.

Miellyttävillä kävelylenkeillä pääset vierailemaan koko kaupungissa ja 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä saavut upeaan katedraaliin ja vanhan markkinan satamaan, jossa on mahdollista maistaa tyypillisiä ruokia kohtuulliseen hintaan.Huone, joka meille määrättiin, oli erittäin mukava vakiohuone, jossa oli kylpyamme, iso sänky mutta erittäin kovat tyynyt. Ainoa vika on vedenkeittimen puuttuminen yrttiteetä tai pikakahvia.Aamiaisbuffet oli "mahtava"! ! ! katettu pöytä kaikenlaisilla ja usein kuumilla leivillä, todella monipuolinen suolainen valinta, käytännössä tällaisella aamiaisella voit helposti jättää lounaan väliin!Pöytäoperaattorit olivat erittäin avuliaita, selkeästi selostivat palvelut, ystävällisiä ja iloisia... todellakin hotelli, jota suosittelen mukavaan oleskeluun Helsingissä!

Upea kattoterassi. Ilmastointi heikko, saimme asiasta mainittuamme tuulettimen huoneeseen. Puutteita kylpyhuoneen pesuaineissa, nämäkin korjattiin maininnan jälkeen. Tv:ssä chromecast. Kokonaisuudessaan miellyttävä vierailu.
