Andreas Larssen: A wonderful facility with several pools, saunas and relaxation zones right in the center of Helsinki. Sunbeds for "everyone". Café/Restaurant. Heated training pool and children's pool. Own pool with sea water. Own small cozy sandy beach. The system is somewhat worn due to a lot of use, without being critical. But it needs some upgrading. I recommend everyone to visit Allas Sea Pool if you are in Helsinki, for a few lovely hours of sauna, pool and hopefully sun. But surely delicious in the winter too... Thank you for me ☺️

Marika Mäntyniemi: It was a nostalgia trip to visit the swimming ladder since my own childhood. Many things were the same as decades ago. There were enough people on a beautiful summer day, but the queues progressed nicely and you found a place for your own blanket. The photography ban was a positive thing, even though I would have really liked to record the atmosphere in the pictures.
Noksuboy: There was a good crowd, there was no need to queue at the checkout. There was a small queue for the jumping tower, especially 5m.

박지혜: The days of the week are different for men and women, so make sure to check before going. It closes at 8, so I went there thinking 5 would be late, but for some reason there were a lot of people waiting. They said I would have to wait at least 45 minutes, but I think I actually waited about 30 minutes. If you want to use the sauna and private room instead of the pool, go up to the second floor. Robes, towels, and rugs are distributed at the second floor entrance. Perhaps because it was close to closing time, the traditional Finnish sauna was closed, and I went into another similar sauna room. It's hard to see because of the thick steam. I sat down, came out, took a cold shower, and went back in. When I finished and came outside, it was very cool and refreshing.

Late Koo: Lovely place! I used to visit here very often as a child and now I haven't been here in years as an adult, but this summer several times and I plan to visit again when the weather permits. Lovely to swim, eat snacks and read a book and enjoy the sun 🌞 food and ice cream on the expensive side, but no problem if you take your own snacks. They will do well

Kirsi Hakkila: I was surprised how great this place is! Able to paddle, but also swim a distance. Found an ice cream kiosk and grass to sunbathe on. You can feel the nostalgia of the old place. There was plenty of space for a car in the free parking lot.

Liisa Pylkkänen: A wonderful outdoor swimming pool that has remained largely the same from decade to decade. Functional and good. There are quite a lot of water runners, and not enough space has been allocated to them. Sometimes the only running track is packed even though the other tracks have plenty of space. A solution should be found for this, and at least double the space for the runners.

Henkka Niemi: Great gym it has like every machine known to exist and the staff is really really nice. Only downside is the fact that almost all of the machines are pretty old and make noises but that’s nothing. The people that train there are also really nice and help you if you were to need help. Perfect old school gym also for beginners.

Roel Schouten: I got quite keen on this place over the last weeks. Don’t expect brand new or similar branded equipment or the cleanest of gyms. What you do get is a big selection of weights and machines, a lot of space but most importantly a good atmosphere. It’s really laid back and a good mix of people in there. Nothing too pretentious just a gym for all.It’s one of the few places that offers a 10-ride ticket that is valid for 1 year.For me it is perfect as I spend a couple of weeks per year in Helsinki.It sure is not perfect, but if you’re looking for a gym that offers flexibility and you just want an accessible place for your workouts I can only recommend it. Five star rating is considering rating ‘inflation’ as four star usually means ‘meh’.
Marko Hentunen: It's a good hall. Equipment and free weights for every muscle, and there is no pop music playing in the background or teenagers running around on their feet. A gym where you can train in peace.
Alina Holz: Huge gym with a great selection of machines. The staff was very friendly and also speaks English, a day ticket is 12€ for adults and 8€ for students.

Jouni Vilén: Things to do for everyone. 50 m outdoor pool. In cloudy weather, you can swim well. There are a lot of people in the children's pool. The slides had room for adults as well. The cafe was open and the outdoor gym would have been great too. There were a lot of young people inside on the diving boards. There's enough to do for the whole day for the family.

John Anderson: I was in town on business and had a wonderful experience at ELIXIA Kamppi. I bought a day pass and took the HIIT class with Sona Sargsjan. The desk attendants were super helpful and friendly, and instructor Sona pushed us and encouraged us with just the right balance.I held cover pretending to be a Finish speaker for the full 45 minutes 🇫🇮 😃, but the staff are happy to help you in English if you need. I loved the big windows and excellent natural light throughout the studio, and wide range of equipment.The other studio at the time was running a Fit Momma class, if there is anything more adorable than all the babies sitting next to the yoga mats watching the adults exercise, I don’t know what it is 😂

Alexander Ljungström: I was staying at a hotel nearby and was guided towards this gym. Upon entering I had 3 pigeons attacking me outside, probably attracted to the Finnish ryebread I was consuming to load up with carbs. A staff member saw it and ran out to assist. The friendly staff grabbed another visitors shoes and threw them fiercely at the swarm of pigeons who quickly dispersed.Shaken but not beaten I entered the gym, and performed dumbbell lifting exercises pretending I was crushing pigeons when slamming the weights down in the floor.The other guests were very respectful as they kept a large distance to me.5/5 would recommend.

Brianna Stephens: Tein 2 tunnin kylpyläpäiväpaketin ja se oli niin hyvä. Nainen selitti ja tarjosi pieniä kasvojen kuorintaruokia, naamion, kosteusvoidetta, jotta voimme tehdä oman minikasvohoidon. Sinulla on pääsy valkoisille lämpimille tuoleille rentoutuaksesi, siemaillaksesi processcoasi ja syödäksesi 3 käsintehtyä suklaata. Sauna ja höyrysauna olivat aivan tuolien takana ja olivat upeita. Kaikki oli niin puhdasta. Kylpytakit ja tossut olivat mahtavia. Minulla oli ihana suihku kaikkien mukavien suihkutuotteiden käytön jälkeen. Käytin jopa hiustenkuivaajaa ja suoristusrautaa. Tätä ei voi suositella enempää. Oli niin mukava rentouttava kylpyläkokemus. Vinkki - mene aikaisemmin iltapäivällä kuin myöhemmin.

Krista Rissanen: Ostin itselleni joululahjaksi hoidon Kämp Spassa. Espa iconic back, face and scalp treatment. Aivan ihana, nautinnollinen iltapäivä. Paras hoito, jonka olen koskaan saanut! Hoitaja oli erityisen taitava: kosketus oli hellä mutta tehokas. Rentoutuminen oli taattu. Hoitolan asiakkaat saavat käydä samaan hintaan Kämpin saunoissa. Minä kävin ennen hoitoani. Sekä höyrysauna että perinteinen sauna olivat hyviä. Peflettejä kaipasin. Suihkuja on vain kaksi sauna- alueella. Pukuhuoneessa oli toiset kaksi. Kylpytakki ja tossut odottivat pukukaapissa. Kämp Spassa saat ylellisen hoidon hulppeissa tiloissa! Suosittelen lämpimästi!
Madhavi Joshi: Rauhallisuus löydetty uudelleen: Autuas Spa Retreat Kamp Spassa!!Saapuessani ystävällinen henkilökunta toivotti minut lämpimästi tervetulleeksi, mikä loi välittömän mukavuuden tunteen. Rauhallinen tunnelma ja rauhoittava musiikki vastaanottoalueella luovat sävyn odottavalle rentoutumiselle. Terapeutit eivät olleet vain erittäin ammattitaitoisia ja ystävällisiä. Kylpylän tunnelma oli täydellinen sekoitus modernia ylellisyyttä ja rauhoittavaa estetiikkaa. Hoidon jälkeen pääsin saunaan rentoutumaan rauhalliselle rentoutumisalueelle.

Cami M: It is true that this gym can get very busy but Pasila is almost centric and a big station, so thats to expect. I also dont agree that costumer service is bad, Ive had really good experiences with staff and they seem very friendly 👍 I just avoid coming at peak hours which you can just check by clicking “popular times” and sorting by day of the week.
