Rob Watkins: Overall a good stay, but a few issues!Not the usual quality one expects from a Hilton.The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff did a great job.One morning the hot water broke. The staff were not very apologetic about this, but we were given money off on checkout so do ask if things genuinely go wrong - I would never ask usually but don’t think you should have to pay for a cold shower! I’m surprised about the previous review of breakfast! We were really disappointed.All the hot food was lukewarm at best. This was really disappointing as there was a good selection, but cold bacon and eggs isn’t really that tasty!The sauna and pool area were nice! 👌A previous review mentions the pool is cold, it is but I think that’s the point with a super hot sauna!!! 😂

Andrew Cherry: Olen asunut täällä 4 kertaa ja kokemus on ollut hieno joka kerta. Erittäin kätevä lentokentälle. Kaikki Hilton-hotellilta odotetut mukavuudet. Jos sinulla on aikaa aamiaiselle, se tekee oleskelusta ehdottomasti. Executive Lounge on hyvin hoidettu ja mukava etu pitkän lennon jälkeen tai ennen seuraavaa. Henkilökunta puhuu englantia ja kuulin ainakin yhden työntekijän siirtyvän englannin, suomen ja espanjan välillä minuuteissa. Käytän tätä hotellia jatkossakin laskeutumispaikkanani vieraillessani Suomessa. Ainoa syy, miksi kaadin huoneet alas, oli se, että oli vaikea löytää tilaa kahdelle vanhemmalle ja 1 lapselle, joka olisi mukava tilassa. Käännettävä sänky ei saanut valituksia 17-vuotiaaltani, joten se vastasi odotuksia, se oli vain hieman ahtaampi kuin odotin, mutta näytti myös olevan maan standardi.

The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The reception was so very pleasant as my flight was 1600 the following day. The reception had no hesitation and granted me for 1pm check out instead of 12pm. The location was great as it was 5 minutes walk to the airport terminals.Rooms: Comfortable and clean. David Wu: The advantage of the room is that it is spacious, and it is a selling point that it is 5-8 minutes' walk from the airport. Although it is a bit old, it is clean, bright, comfortable and spacious. The only suggestion is that the room cleaning staff should remember to replenish all the Body Lotion and Hand Wash in the bathroom - ---. The Body Lotion and Hand Wash Gel on the sink have bottomed out. After pressing it once, they can no longer be pressed out. This is not Hilton Hotel's usual style!

Alan Darra: We had a great time staying in the hotel Indigo. The hotel is very clean and has a nice modern style. Staff was really helpful and friendly. We were allowed to check in early which really made it easy for us just to head out to explore Helsinki.We absolutely loved the comfortable beds and the bathroom with roomy shower. We started our day with their breakfast of great variety. They offer a buffet and also ordered warm breakfast from a menu, so you'll be sure to find something you'll like. The breakfast was available until 11 am and late checkout at 12 suited us perfectly.We have absolutely nothing to complain about and hence we're happy to leave an honest 5 star review for the hotel.Looking forward to stay here again!

8: -1 is due to breakfast service which I did not like. I stayed couple of nights. The breakfast remains the same throughout the stay which was really boring. Moreover the service of front desk is very food whereas people in the breakfast is relatively unfriendly and unkind and unfriendly and sometimes there was only one person who always had to let incoming customers await while she was cleaning tables or went to the backyard.The location is perfect and very convenient to go to anywhere. 3 stations from the central by the tram.The service of the front desk is very good and kind.The room is very big with modern furniture and items.I believe the price is quite reasonable in terms of its service and quality besides the breakfast. The breakfast is boring and too expensive with bad service.
Dev N: Great hotel, the lobby is on the smaller side but the rooms are great! Check-in took a longer than expected, but I happened to check in when there were a lot of people. Hotel lobby only had two-counters so they could accommodate for anything faster.The rooms are spacious and the shower is great! Breakfast was amazing. You get a hot dish and access to buffet table - so definitely upgrade for breakfast if you can. Breakfast time is strict and ends on time, which was perfectly fine for us - but did hear complains from other hotel-goers. 🤷🏻♀️Really well located and walkable distance to all of the main destinations. Loved our stay!Rooms: Rooms are spacious and clean. Only small issue, tiny really, is that the only location the bathmat can be placed in the bathroom does cause the bathmat to be soak after two person showers. So we ended up placing it outside of the bathroom - not ideal but fine.Safety: Helsinki feels SO safe. And probably is. No worries at all.Walkability: Close access to everywhere. Easy walk and you can even stop by during the day to drop things off!Food & drinks: Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options! You can even try our traditional rice pie, smoked salmon, and other great dishes. They even had a super-food selection where you can add an extra boost to your smoothies, juices, and yoghurt!

I therefore feel like not recommending it to anyone who has to take the first ferry to Tallinn!

Craig Simons: huippuhotellina. Käyttöaste tuntui tämän seurauksena todella alhaiselta.Sijainti viisas, se on uskomatonta! Vain kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskusasemalta. Voit jopa kävellä suurimman osan ylittämällä tien ja kulkemalla Kampin kauppakeskuksen/bussi-/metroaseman läpi. Niin kätevää, en malta odottaa, että pääsen sinne, kun se avataan uudelleen ja pysyn taas Helsingin sydämessä!!

The suite was very spacious, beautifully decorated, the rooms were flooded with light and the view in two directions crowned the room. Drinks on the 10th floor roof terrace in the evening sun crowned the experience.The service was also excellent, e.g. the children were well looked after and the breakfast varied and comprehensive. Cristina Plata: and walk for about 10 min. Once at the hotel, you can take the train again for one stop to the city center or one of the trams that stops directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, gym and sauna were also very clean. The only 2 things that this hotel is missing are a pool and breakfast. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again

Tony Manfron: Excellent breakfast, except for the coffee which is not the best and if you want espresso it costs 4 euros separately, but here in Finland these are the prices. Small room but fine for two, the bathroom on the other hand is just the right size. Good cleanliness, very comfortable bed and double choice of pillows. Antti Partanen: As someone who grew up in this neighborhood, coming to Kalastajatorppa was like stepping into a time capsule. This iconic hotel has been one of the top addresses since I was a kid. It has received some upgrades, but in essence the hotel is how I remembered it to be. Oh, they added iglo rooms at the waterfront. Worth checking out for sure. All the staff were very nice. And, watching the sunset from the seaside restaurant is always a nice way to end the day.

The location is great; close to the train station, with quite a few places within walking distance as well, but what set this place apart is the staff and ambiance. We cannot say enough about the staff; friendly, inclusive to all, and you could easily tell they liked what they do. Breakfast was varied and fresh, and there's nothing like sitting with a throw in a comfy chair by the bar on a snowy night. Just a wonderful evening for tired travellers.
