Saurabh Deo: What a wonderful experience.The owner is a very friendly person.My laptop had 2 stripped screws which had to be removed by drilling them.The owner tried everything before drilling them as soon as I entered his shop. Didn't ask me to wait, didn't ask me to leave the laptop for 2/3 days, didn't ask me why I opened the entire laptop myself. He got straight to the point and got the job done in like 30 min.Additionally, he charged me a very very small amount. Other big names in Espoo and Helsinki were asking me to pay between €75 - €225 just to remove 2 Screws. This store is very reasonably priced. I strongly recommend it. I will always go to this store only from now on.

Maija Harju: If I could give more stars, I would. The battery in the work and study laptop was in such a mess that the machine would not stay on without a plug connected to the mains. I had read somewhere on the internet that laptops older than five years should not even be serviced, and I was already prepared to get a new one, but luckily I still went to ask PC Systems! Apart from the battery, the computer was found to be otherwise fine there, and the battery was replaced during the same day. The laptop had also been dusted. The service was really cordial! Even as a computer novice and explaining the problem in my own words, I was understood. In addition to cash, the payment was successful with Mobilepay, and the business is in a very accessible location on the corners of the bend. Maintenance will also be more environmentally friendly. Based on this experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend the movement to anyone.
