Katriina Kaseva: In June, I visited Lush opposite the Forum, the customer service was really unprofessional and rude, I was really disappointed and I questioned my many years of customer service and wondered if I would dare to visit Lush again because of the employees in question, the employees were bullies.Today, July 5th, I still decided to try my luck at Lush in the station tunnel, after about 10 o'clock, this employee was a perfect example of a perfect customer service person, I told him about the previous bad experience, he was also shocked and took my situation into account perfectly, he was wonderful! kind and very considerate, thanks to him you didn't lose an active customer of many years. Lush has always had excellent customer service, so last time was a shock, but this woman with brown hair and glasses gave me hope again. A very big thank you to him. 3

Rosana Eats: Had to pop in to check their new collaboration with One Piece. This is one of my favourite bath brands. The soaps are amazing and the bath bombs are a fun treat.You can sometimes split them and save the other half for later. Great value for money, regardless of it being pricier.The service in this one was good and friendly. As well trained as their counterparts in London about the products and giving customers more information.Have a pop in if you’re in the area!

Ninni: A lovely soap shop in the station tunnel of Helsinki's main railway station.The products are of high quality and sometimes very unusual.Here you can find bath foams, lotions, soaps, even perfumes and shampoos, and perhaps more special products, oral care products. Surely something for everyone!The staff is really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
