Timo Urbano: Customer service has been invested in, the treatment is friendly and questions are answered with pleasure. The image design was done together and it was ensured that it would be to your liking. The premises are clean, pleasant and rock! I was left with the feeling that the customer is invested in throughout the entire process - even until the picture is ready. Warm professional welcoming, relaxed and safe place. For me as a first-timer it was important that I can feel safe and trust them and there is absolutely nothing you need to worry about. They redeemed my trust in the first second. Extremely good vibes and this will absolutely be the place for my next tattoos too!🙏
