Sagan Rossi: Vierailimme toukokuussa 2024 märevän haavan ensihoidossa. Huippuluokan hoitoa eksoottisten eläinten eläinlääkäriltä rotalleni! Pidin siitä, että eläinlääkäri opetti samaan aikaan, joten hän selitti kaiken mitä oli tekemässä ja miksi. Opin niin paljon, vaikka pikkupoikani oli hyvin sairas ja tarvitsi haavahoitoa. Ikävä kyllä raivoystäväni kuoli noin 4 päivää siellä hoidon jälkeen, mutta en koe sen olevan klinikan vika. Luulen, että infektio vei hänet nopeasti ja raivokkaasti, vaikka eläinlääkäri teki parhaansa siivotakseen haavan ja hoitaakseen hänet. Hän oli hyvin vanha rotta ja vanhan Frodon oli aika purjehtia Valinoriin. Olen vain iloinen, että hän sai inhimillistä ja huomaavaista hoitoa viimeisinä päivinä ja henkilökunta teki kaikkensa auttaakseen häntä. Suosittelen lämpimästi rotan omistajille!

Hazal S: We visited here for the first time a week ago, the dog was sterilized. There were wonderful nurses at the reception and I immediately felt welcome. Our dog is a more challenging case and he was treated very professionally and understandingly. The doctor was absolutely amazing and kept telling me what was going to happen next. I couldn't go anywhere else after this experience and I recommend it to everyone. We received clear instructions at home and otherwise everything went as well as it can go!
