Reetta Räisänen: A very nice morning. The procedure was quick, well-planned, and smooth. You had to come to the surgery early, you had to ring the doorbell at the door, but the instructions were visible on the door. The staff is polite, comfortable and calm.The procedure itself was smooth, from the waiting room it was relatively quick to change clothes, assess and anaesthetize. The procedure was reviewed with the doctor.The atmosphere in the operating room was relaxed and comfortable. Everything necessary was reviewed during the procedure. Professional staff.After the operation, we were directed to the recovery room, where we had breakfast while waiting for the doctor. The breakfast was delicious. A good-sized bun, smoothie and fresh juice, as well as cookies and candies with coffee. The instructions also came in writing and were reviewed with the nurse after breakfast.Thank you!
Riikka Heinänen FIN: The surgery went perfectly. Orthopedist Kim Jansson is professional and does not perform unnecessary procedures. After the surgery, really good customer service. Breakfast good and brought to bed in the morning.Good and precise instructions on paper to take home, also the next appointments ready when you go home.Overall a positive experience.The parking lot is unfortunate, it's not worth coming by car if you don't have to.
Veera Kallio: Good surgery experience, although I was very nervous. All needs and wishes were taken into account. Clear follow-up treatment instructions and the next appointments booked and instructions on how to act in the event of a problem situation. The nursing staff is really knowledgeable and nice and caring.
Mira: Everything worked fine. Well managed appointments. The surgery went perfectly. Doctor M. Hautamäki is professional and does not perform unnecessary procedures. After the surgery, really good customer service. Breakfast good and brought to bed in the morning.The discharge went well otherwise, but I had to wait for the physsar in vain. My nurse had to cry several times.All subsequent appointments ready at discharge. You don't have to take care of them yourself either.Overall a positive experience.

We offer high quality social, health and wellbeing services at our private clinics, hospitals, dental clinics, fitness centres and housing services across Finland. We build services that focus on keeping people healthy. It is easier, more inexpensive and lighter for the body to keep a person healthy rather than cure an ill person.During her visit I enjoyed a short walk in the local park with sea views snow and ice and pleasant walks. Took a couple of photos of the imposing building where as well as the excellent private hospital there are many small businesses.There a number of car parks right beside the building but they were full and I had to wait for a slot to open up as cars pulled out regularly.
Natalja Eapost: super clinic...high level service...professional doctors...I had surgery on my hand, an associate professor of medical sciences - a doctor who knows his stuff...Physiotherapist - amazingly explains the loads of the exercises...everyone is tolerant, attentive...I had the most pleasant impression, although I was so afraid of the operation...you can get from the railway station by tram no. 10 to the final stop and then transfer to a minibus no. 10X and also to the final stop

Jukka Kalliomäki: I have never received such good service at any medical center or hospital before. During the hour and a half, I had time to visit the doctor twice, and in addition to X-rays, magnetic resonance imaging and the nurse at the wrist support facility. And at the registration desk before each one. The service was really good in all of them and my child who was waiting during the magnet was even offered treats with my permission. In addition, I got an appointment with a wrist surgeon for the next business day. Great service all round. Thank you to the Pihlajalinna Pikku Huopalahti staff.

sonja: I had lens surgery in August and I'm really happy with the end result. On the day of the operation, everything went really well, although I was quite nervous. The staff knew how to handle my tension very well, which disappeared during the surgery because I felt I was in capable hands.The recovery was incredibly fast, so on the day of the surgery it was a bit blurry, but the very next day everything was really clear.It's unbelievable how such a surgery can make such a big difference in the quality of life. I went for a follow-up check yesterday and everything is fine.I can really warmly recommend Eira Hospital and eye surgeon Kirsi-Tiina Kukko.

Eero Karvinen: Practical and individual customer service. The only position where the doctor consistently explained to the patient the mechanisms leading to pain. This happened 1.5 years after the pain started. It is reasonable to assume that the pain will disappear with the implementation of the instructions. For this, a big thank you to the doctor, who paid attention to the patient's problem carefully and took care of the patient's case. THANK YOU!
