Polina Ivanova: Very lovely staff, I was in the hospital for the first time and ended up in the ward for the night, I was really anxious and in pain, but the staff made me feel like I was safe and everything will be fine, I feel like they are really taking care of me and they also made me feel much better already 24 in an hour. All nurses, doctors and other staff were really nice and you can clearly see that they are professionals.
Maria Lehmann: During my vacation I got a very painful tonsillitis that needed surgical treatment . I went to the emergency and got quick and good help. The staff was very helpful and friendly though they surely had some administrative work to do for I am not a finnish citizen. Thanks to that I could enjoy my vacation though.

Nine: In the lower lobby, the young woman behind the counter was irritated when I said I have a magnetic recording. If the machine doesn't open and wait your turn. Later, after waiting, a nice female person said that I was on a completely different floor and showed me which elevator to go to. He was friendly and the rest of the staff a magnet.I just have to remember to say that the customer is not waiting 15 minutes for nothing, that we are in a completely different department. I was a little late, but I got in. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

This is very convenient, since the hospital is very large and has many departments.Everywhere is clean.There is a cafe on the ground floor.It's bad that patients smoke at the entrance.Need a separate room for smoking. Isolated from the entrance.Smoking is harmful to health.

Sari Ylivaara: As a hospital freak, I absolutely have to praise the nurses and doctors in the breast cancer ward. The surgeons weren't scary either. I had my right breast removed and no trauma was left.

Anne Marong: The lobby attendant is really rude and a bit racist, if I hadn't been admitted to the treatment because of a terrible toothache and pain, neither painkillers nor antibiotics helped and I went to ask the nurse what to do, they let me in and took care of the matter and took the pain into account and luckily I was able to get in otherwise my health would have been in harm's way, thank you very much 10.11.2022 to my treating doctor 👍

Juhani Heikkilä: Thanks to all the nurses and doctors for the excellent examination at the hospital. I have received perfect service the few times I have been there. The hospital itself is old, but the equipment, doctors and nurses are top class.
Leena L: Thank you to all the lovely nurses and surgeon P.M in the cataract surgery unit on the P floor today. Professional and empathetic people at work. You are doing a great job. I greatly appreciate your skills and expertise. Thank you again.It was also positive that the pharmacy was located in the lobby of Siltasairala.
Maija Nylund: Lovely nurses, not easy to find by any means. There is usually no parking, at least not anywhere nearby, so if you have to come, I would recommend using a taxi, or if you want to walk a little more, public transport will probably work.

helena: Olihan kauhean vanhanaikainen ja tarvitsisi pikaista kohennusta. Odotin yli 8 tuntia tutkimuksissa.
Pia Ekroos-Rouhiainen: Sunnuntai aamulla päivystyssilmäleikkauksessa. Omahoitaja-Riitta otti erityisen hienotunteisesti huomioon jännittyneen potilaansa hellään huomaansa. Myös muu henk.kunta ystävällisiä. Ainoat miinukset tulee kanttiinin kiinniolosta vkonloppuisin sekä puuttuvat "ajankuluvälineet" esim. lehdet/kirjat yms. Ainoa ajankulu on televisio.Ateriat sekä kahvi hyviä!
Joona: Viiden tähden palvelua, hoivaa ja osaamista. Ihanat sairaanhoitajat, lääkärit, kaikki.
