Anastasia Trunov: If you are looking for excellent service, come to them. They respond to email very quickly. We ordered a strap through them, they promised that it should arrive within 3 weeks. As a result, it took a week to get the treasured item. In Estonia, ordering the same thing through another dealer, the waiting time was 6 weeks, and in addition to this it was more expensive.Thank you very much to the staff for the service provided. I am sure that we will use their services again and again.
Antti Mäntylä: The maintenance of the watch by mail went well. The watch left in bubble wrap, but returned in a Breitling travel case.The e-mail could have provided a little more information about the delivery. Now I had to ask a couple of things with the new post. Otherwise, a perfect performance.

Mark Hoffman: I felt I should write a review, as I see that there are a few negative reviews about the “customer service” at this establishment. I just purchased a new Glashütte Original watch from them yesterday, and the entire experience was a pleasure. It’s a family owned business for the last 70 years, and the owner was there to help at all times, as was the other employee. Both were helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. We negotiated a very fair price and it was a very pleasant experience. They even expertly cleaned my wife’s diamond jewelry for free after my purchase. I think perhaps that the negative reviews were written by non-Finns who don’t understand that Finns are a quiet and reticent people often times. That doesn’t at all mean that they are unfriendly. I’d highly recommend this shop.
