Frida Sand: Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, tuli ostamaan mohairharjaa ja sai sen alennuksella, koska heillä oli alennusmyynti seuraavana päivänä! Sanoi, että harja meni rikki ja soitin etukäteen kysyäkseni heidän käytännöistään, ja he sanoivat, että tulen käymään heidän kaupassaan, en vain saanut korvaavan harjan, vaan myös ilmaisen pellavaisen keittiöpyyhkeen. KEN “ログキャビン”: As I was walking through the center of Helsinki, I was a little surprised to see so many Marimekko stores in a fairly small area, but I found Mono Mimi Tote Unikko at this store and purchased it. A kind staff member told me that I would get 10% off if I registered as a new member, and when she recognized that I was a tourist, she prepared the tax return paperwork and wrapped it in special packaging. By the way, the company that handles tax exemption procedures for Marimekko is Global Blue, and you will process your refund at the Global Blue counter before checking in at the airline counter at Helsinki Airport. If it's not crowded, the process itself is easy.
Susan Hu: The store is fabulous and staff very friendly. But it was closed on Easter though didn’t show on the maps :( wish it didn’t say open so I wouldn’t have walked 10 mins to get here

Alennus oli käynnissä kun menin joten ostin itselleni 2 mekkoa ja mukin ja kaverille taitettavan pussin - muki ja laukku ei ollut myynnissä. Toivoin näkeväni lisää tuotteita kodintarvikeosastolla, mutta kauppa näytti omistaneen suurimman osan tilaa vaatteille, joten olin hieman pettynyt. Myöhemmin huomasin lähdössä Helsinki-Vantaan lentoasemalta, että sama muki oli myynnissä ja 30% alennuksella siellä Marimekon myymälässä. Päädyin ostamaan toisen mukin eri värissä. Muista hyödyntää arvonlisäveron palautus, kun teet ostoksia lippulaivamyymälässä tai missä tahansa kaupungin Marimekossa.
