Our case required some extra attention from the shop as the bride was not able to attend the purchasing process. Despite the challenges caused by that, they were very accommodating and helpful. We ended up with a wonderful dress and the client was extremely happy.I have to also mention that after contacting all the other bridal boutiques in the capital, I was shocked about the poor service level and lack of willingness to take an extra mile.
