Iida Leskelä: I pre-ordered the delivery of 26 pizzas from the online store for lunchtime and went to confirm the order on the spot at the Annankatu pizzeria, because I was excited about how the information from the online store of a big brand goes to that pizzeria + special diet information. My confirmation was carefully taken down and I was called a couple of times before the delivery date, when the chef had questions or there seemed to be changes to the estimated arrival time, etc. On the day of delivery, they called to say that we will get the pizzas a little early if it suits us, and it did! + The pizzas were numbered so that each special diet etc. goes to the right owner, as I had hoped 3 I RECOMMEND TO BE IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE PIZZERIA FOR LARGE ORDERS to get a similar successful experience. I hear that pre-orders from the online store are not necessarily forwarded to all pizzerias until the morning of delivery! In my opinion, there is room for improvement in the online store, but that Annankatu pizzeria treated us well 3
