Viliina Lilja: A nice yoga studio centrally located in Kamppi. The classes utilize the yoga wall a lot and there are also prenatal classes available. A great studio with highly knowledgeable teachers especially if you like the yoga wall.
feiyah hadar: and the restorative aspects of this studio vary from class to class, but every class I took helped me to re-approach yoga through deep listening and presence. This studio prioritises the meditative practice as central to moving the body, so there is plenty of space to really feel the subtle opening and movement of energies.My partner and I highly recommend this studio to anyone in the area!

Kathryn Taron: Sain lämpimän vastaanoton, kun tulin Purna Yoga -kurssille. Olin Helsingissä vain muutaman päivän, mutta halusin päästä harjoittelemaan. Tove on asiantunteva opettaja, jolla on rauhoittava ääni. Hän kiinnittää yhtä paljon huomiota kaikkiin huoneessa. Lähdin tunteen, että olisin haastanut kehoni, mutta tunsin myös olevani rauhallinen ja energinen!

Henrik Jansson: Nice place and a well done wall yoga from the instructor. Friendly staff. The opening hours of Facebook, websites and Maps do not match.
Paul Wong: great place with nice teachers, had 2 consecutive lessons with Rita over 2 weeks and the workout is intense, your body rolls back the years after.only complaint is the weird floor texture and rather cold air in the male changing room but everything else is great.

Marina: Tulijooga is one of the most powerful yoga classes I have ever experienced! After 90 minutes of postures and breathwork in high heat, you leave feeling reborn. I notice a huge difference in my overall wellbeing if I miss going for too many weeks. In addition, the staff are warm, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to show you how you can improve your postures. Can not recommend enough!

Harry Venice: Great teachers, owner and atmosphere. There are also more advanced classes teaching the 84 Bishnu Gosh poses which is very rare and hard to find. Can’t wait to return and join.

Pauliina Pohjola: Nice outdoor terrace and cafe in connection with the yoga studio. In the hot weather, I enjoyed one kombucha before class. The changing rooms are delayed and you can borrow a lock for the locker. You can borrow a mat if you don't have your own. The yoga hall is a small, but atmospheric and high space.

Viliina Lilja: Roots Helsinki in Vallila is a lovely yoga studio and café. The yoga studio offers a good variety of classes from hearty yin to sweaty vinyasa flow and the café has a variety of different salty and sweet delicacies.

tim oto: Was fortunate to come across this studio while vacationing last week. Attended several practices, including hatha, yin and vinyasa. Matilda was just exceptional, a hugely calming presence and a delight to chat with. Can't wait to come again. Thank you Saga Yoga.
Viliina Lilja: A super cute and harmonic studio next to the Sinebrychoff Park. The classes range from sweaty vinyasa flow and energetic shake the dust to more relaxed and restorative hatha, yin and after work classes. "Happy hour" classes every now and then for 5 euros and even free park yoga in the summer.Classes are always booked and paid online beforehand. There's a good variety of equipment in the studio and you can always borrow a yoga mat without extra charge as well. The shala is not heated. There's one unisex changing room and two toilets where you can also change, but unfortunately no shower.The classes offer a nice and good quality practice, but a more experienced yogi might not be able to develop their practice here in the long run.
