Sirkkaliisa Kallonen: Todella erinomainen ja asiantunteva palvelu. Autoni akkuvaraus pysyi matalana, joten tarvitsin asiantuntijan selvittämään tilannetta. Otin yhteyttä Helsingin Autosähköön. Toomas mittasi akun varauksen ja totesin sen olevan yksinkertaisesti käyttöikänsä päässä. Sain tietää, että autooni voisi asentaa hieman tehokkaamman ja isomman akun, koska tilaakin oli. Sekä webasto että stop and go toiminto vaativat akulta tehoa. Akun vaihto ja sähköinen diagnosointikin sujuivat nopeasti. Lisäksi sain paljon uutta tietoa autoni hienouksista ja siitä, miten niitä hyödynnetään. Kaikki tämä tapahtui niin selkeästi, että tällainen 80-ikävuotta lähestyvä mummokin ymmärsi! Suosittelen lämpimästi!

Sampsa Jääskeläinen: The front wheel bearings of the Fiesta broke in Stockholm. I tried to repair it on Fri 28.6 in Mariehamn, no parts and no time. I called RJV car service randomly on Friday afternoon, the phone was answered immediately and expertly. I took the car to the yard on Saturday, June 29, and on Monday, July 1 at 1:15 p.m., the car was assembled and at a reasonable price. Hell no, I've never received such good and fast service at any car service.

And the schedule was good, because the work was completed a little ahead of schedule.The waiting areas are clean and there is seating and table space, which was a good thing, because at the same time you could look at work e-mails, etc. There is also a toilet for customers, which is definitely not a given in repair shops!All in all, I had a very good feeling about the transaction and I do recommend taking care of tire matters here. I plan to visit myself in the future.
