The sauna boat immediately charmed us as a perfect floating summer house: there was room for ten people both in the cabin and on the decks. We immediately started heating up the sauna and after the meal, which worked on the nyyttesti principle, we changed into lighter clothes and started the sauna, which lasted about five hours. A complete Finnish bridal shower was organized for the sister, complete with wedding favors, flowers and magic. At some point, I wondered if there was much in the younger sister's past that I was not aware of; traditionally, the bride runs naked around the sauna once so that the old suitors are forgotten; After all, Pauliina ran screaming roughly seven times, and after that she still wondered if she had forgotten all of them, but when her fitness ran out. I hope we didn't leave an absolutely terrible flour-cone porridge behind and I sincerely hope that we will have new needs for a floating sauna in the future as well.
