Arto Keränen: You almost want to give five stars, and in terms of price/quality ratio, this hotel deserves it!The appearance suggests that this is perhaps going back decades ago, and of course a small clip from the movie Moonlight Sonata came to mind, well, it's good anyway 😄Right from the reception, however, the situation changed, and the hotel lobby was modern. With lounges and workstations.The staff was professional and friendly, it really left a good feeling.The room was clean and the other facilities were also maintained. You can conveniently get your own bottle of juice cold in the minibar.Sauna and pool facilities are a big plus!You usually don't get to enjoy such entertainment in hotels of this price range.The breakfast was plentiful and open until late, from a vacationer's point of view.The quality of the breakfast is also better than in many more expensive places 👌🏻Street parking for 4 hours at puck spots and you could buy a parking space in the yard at a reasonable price.Access to the city center by bus and metro, but what's the point, these public ones work here 👍🏻I think I will come here again!

Piergiorgio Terrentin: Hotel in a quiet area on the outskirts of Helsinki which can be reached in a few minutes. Clean, sufficiently large rooms. Excellent breakfast, sweet department was missing. Helpful and trained staff.Food & drinks: Good breakfast.
M K: The exterior is a bit rough and old-fashioned, but the interior is refreshingly modern. The room was spacious and the bed good.The breakfast was one of the best experiences in a long time and the staff was friendly. The only minus comes from the location, but the bus connection is nearby.

Petri Räikkönen: Thank you for the good service and the good room. We stayed for five nights and the location of the hotel was quite good. The room was nice and spacious and the beds really comfortable. Similarly, the varied breakfast was quite tasty and the breakfast place was nice.The only minus is that there was no parking space for the car at the hotel, but it had to be taken to the Kluuv cave. When there was some luggage, we had to park the car in a temporarily prohibited place both when we arrived at the hotel and when we left, because there was no way we could have carried the luggage all the way from the Kluuv parking garage.

CP T: A weird smell from the shower head in the toilet. It was alright for one night at a reasonable rate in Helsinki. A few nice add on as the microwave, water boiler and a fridge, plus a few coffee pouches.
Olena Sushch: Plus: located in the center of Helsinki. 5 minutes from the train station on foot.Minus: the rooms are not always clean.
Oksana Kalinina - Maalmi: The hotel is located in a convenient location, everything is within walking distance!
María Montserrat Sàez Matalí: , or every five days if you are staying for a long time. In winter and if you don't shower daily this may not be a problem, but if you get hot... keeping the towel on for five days in a row can be a problem. But the worst thing is that you find out once it happens because they don't notify you either when making the reservation, or when you arrive at the hotel, so it can happen to you like after a day of 27 degrees we take a shower and leave the towels in the bathroom floor to change them, and we had to call customer service to request clean towels. silvia cuoco: The hotel is located in a shopping artery of Helsinki, overlooking a very modern square that is worth visiting and is located a few steps from a super technological district where the contemporary art museum stands. With pleasant walks you can visit the whole city and in 15 minutes on foot you arrive at the splendid cathedral and the port of the old market where it is possible to taste typical dishes at modest prices.The room we were assigned was a very comfortable standard one with a bathtub, large bed but very hard pillows. The only flaw is the absence of a kettle with some herbal tea or instant coffee.The breakfast buffet was "amazing"!!! a table set up with breads of all kinds and often hot, a really varied savory choice, practically with a breakfast like this you can easily skip lunch!The desk operators were very helpful, clear in explaining the services, friendly and cheerful... truly a hotel that I recommend for a comfortable stay in Helsinki!

Vili: The key cards were not coded even though I bought an additional hour. The breakfast was great. The staff came to offer more coffee and croissants.Rooms: You could see the bathroom from the room, because there was no dimming in the window.
Jutta: Sockets in a bad place and you had to look for a while before you found them.Rooms: There was no Bluetooth connection with the TV and it showed some other phones, but not my own.
Iina Huovala: A clean hotel in a good location in the heart of Helsinki. Friendly service. There is too much traffic at breakfast, although we were there on the weekend of July, so a lot of hotel guests. A wonderful roof terrace. The air conditioning is weak, we got a fan in the room after we mentioned it. Shortcomings in the detergents in the bathroom, these were also fixed after being mentioned. Chromecast on TV. Overall a pleasant visit.

Henkilökunnan jäsen auttoi minua viemään matkatavarani huoneeseeni, kun kirjauduin sisään reilusti puolenyön jälkeen.Huone oli kokoonsa nähden hyvin varusteltu, eikä melua kuulunut.Aamiainen oli runsas; pekoni oli märkä, mutta kaikki muu oli täydellistä.Ei ongelmia myöhäisen kassan järjestämisessä. WiFi toimi hyvin videoneuvottelussa.

PETROS TSOUKALAS: Imposing and modern hotel close to the harbor and the city of Helsinki. 2 tram lines to the center right outside. Clean room, great pool with sauna and bar on the 16th floor. Unobstructed view. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of savory and quite sweet. Willing and helpful staff.Rooms: The Standard room is clean but a little small.

Agnete Nørskov Nielsen: Majoittui 5 yötä heinäkuussa 2024 ja voin todella suositella Clarion-hotellia Helsingissä.Hotelli on melko uusi, huoneet siistit ja aamiaisbuffet oli erinomainen.Raitiovaunut kulkevat muutaman minuutin välein aivan hotellin ulkopuolella.Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta ja ammattitaitoista.Kiitos upeasta kesälomasta hotellissasi!

Debora Minuzzi: Sisäänkirjautuminen tapahtuu yksin, vastaanottoon jätettiin kirjekuori, jossa oli kortti huoneeseen pääsyä varten ja kaikki oli hyvin!Siinä on suuri keittiö, yöpyimme yksityisessä huoneessa, mutta yhteisellä kylpyhuoneella, erittäin siisti, siellä on aina ihmisiä siivoamassa, kaikki on hyvin järjestetty, erinomainen.
Ukri Suvilehto: My two nights stay at The Yard Hostel were pleasant! Rather cozy and spacious common areas inside the hostel. Nice and friendly atmosphere among the staff and guests. The bunks had curtains and were quite spacious. I stayed at two different dorm rooms and the first one lacked a window to open, so the air felt very stuck and not fresh. Location in Kamppi was great and even though it was rather busy area, the sound isolation worked. Just on the morning somebody was using a drilling machine on a wall inside the hostel space and that was a bit annoying. All and all it was 4/5 to me. I can definitely recommend The Yard Hostel as a pleasant and centrally located nice hostel in Helsinki!

brodziqq: Nice hotel, in a quiet neighborhood and close to the center. Very stylish inside. Tasty breakfasts. The only paranoia is that they charge 4.40 euros for a cappuccino because the price only includes crap. It doesn't make sense because the choice at breakfast is very large and paying for coffee is a bit weak, but the overall impression is positive, hence the 5* overall.

Cristina Plata: and walk for about 10 min. Once at the hotel, you can take the train again for one stop to the city center or one of the trams that stops directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, gym and sauna were also very clean. The only 2 things that this hotel is missing are a pool and breakfast. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again

Lucia Rinaldi (Lucy): Erittäin hyvä ruoka, mutta avulias henkilökunta: meidän piti olla satamassa klo 7.30 päästäksemme 9.00 Tallinnan lautalle, joten pyysimme aamupalan aikaisemmaksi neljänneksellä tunnilla, joka alkaisi klo 7: vaikka he vakuuttivat meille, että ne avautuivat meille puoli seitsemältä, he eivät. Siksi tuntuu, että en suosittele sitä kenellekään, joka joutuu matkustamaan ensimmäisellä lautalla Tallinnaan!
Pirkko Ahola: Old hotel, parking garage for cars from the 70s. Really small and low, plus big concrete pillars in the hall. A bigger family car can fit in the disabled space 🙈Rooms: The room was a standard standard, no surprises. Our window was quite small, but I could see the seascape 😊

Craig Simons: huippuhotellina. Käyttöaste tuntui tämän seurauksena todella alhaiselta.Sijainti viisas, se on uskomatonta! Vain kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskusasemalta. Voit jopa kävellä suurimman osan ylittämällä tien ja kulkemalla Kampin kauppakeskuksen/bussi-/metroaseman läpi. Niin kätevää, en malta odottaa, että pääsen sinne, kun se avataan uudelleen ja pysyn taas Helsingin sydämessä!!

Miika: Oli taas mieluinen vierailu Glo hotellissa. Ensimmäistä kertaa lapsen kanssa ja oli tosi hiljainen ja hyvä huone. Aamupalalla saisi olla tuoreempia salaatit yms.Huoneet: Huoneet hiljaisia ja 18 neliöinen huone sopivan kokoinen yhden lapsen kanssa.
Christina Le: Excellent place to stay, even during renovations! The rooms are modern and clean. The location is good, only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was amazing – probably worth staying here for the breakfast alone! It had everything from crepes and croissants to scrambled eggs and sausage to bread, ham, and cheese. I would come back again!

Remco Keijser: Friendly staff, location Hotel very convenient to the center. Parking garage available, costs 29 euros per day. Clean large family room for 4 people.Walkability: Close to center.
Flávia Oliveira: A nice 4-star hotel with all the expected amenities. We got a double queen room, very spacious and well kept. Staff were generally very nice. Breakfast options were fantastic - possibly the best we ever saw in a hotel, even though the breakfast room did get very crowded every morning. A bit outside of the centre of Helsinki but still within walking distance if one had the time. Overall, we found this to be good value for money.

Bob Wood: Great value in the center seven minutes from everything. Plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Good beds. It seemed like there were quite a lot of rooms but it never felt crowded or noisy.My 6-bed dorm room was quite small especially with the big table though this was only an issue when everyone was in the room moving around and doing things or had their cases open. There are no blackout blinds so bring an eye mask if staying in summer.The dorm was right next to the showers and I found them clean though the water pressure wasn't very good and the water temperature fluctuated.The bed wasn't the most comfortable but the sheets were clean and pretty cotton and the bed was made
Milan Pejčić: very small if you're above 1.65m you have to watch when you enter and when you get out, 1 kitchen stove but if you want to prepare some it's OK to wait, cuz the meals in restaurant are from 15€ and go up.Dining room big and spacious, room are quite spacious, but the lockers in rooms are very small only for personal items.Showers are very spacious, but you to monitor when to get shower cuz there maybe no hot water for you cuz other people neglect the rule save water so they take a 30min shower.Cleaning: they want with vacume cleaner to clean everything but there is still dust, I had never sneezed so much in my life than here.It's mid May and in room it's cold i mean very cold everybody coughing, sneezing. Shreepriya Choudhary: The best decision I made on this trip was to book Hostel Diana Park. Amazing location. All major tourist attractions were in close proximity. Lovely staffs. The kitchen had all basic amenities. I met some amazing people in hostel which made my trip even better, I’ll definitely be staying with them again on my next Finland trip.Recommended to all solo traveller fellows.Rooms: I was in a 6 bed female dorm, the bed linen was clean, the room had a sink , a table and 2/3 chairs, 6 lockers where you could keep your small bags. Hangers and a dustbin.Nearby activities: All the tourist attractions are nearby , you can literally take a stroll to most of the places.Near to tram stop and hop in hop off bus point.There are many cafe and bars located near the hostel. The K market store is at a walkable distance.Safety: I didn’t feel unsafe at any point of time, I must tell I was out till late at night and I didn’t feel scared at all.

Everything is nearby.Helsinki is too small to say that anyway.The interior is really luxurious and the employees are very motivated.The hot water came out well, and most of all, I really liked that towels were provided for free.The fact that you can store your bags for free after check-out is also a great advantage.

Kali: Here’s some things to note/think about if you want to stay here.• Are you a light sleeper? Not everyone is respectful and has home training. People will slam the doors, snore extremely loud, turn on lights at 2am etc. Had a group of girls come in extremely loud making a bunch of noise while people were tryna relax and sleep. This is what really annoyed me the most I barely slept my entire stay• The location is not in the city center. So if you get tired midday you’ll have to travel about 30min back to the hostel.• Due to the cheapness there are gonna be some weirdos.• the showers on the second floor are communal but the ones on the fourth floor has separate doors for each shower.

Kaiken tämän pitää yllä myös kliseiden äärimmäinen kunnioittaminen ja jäävien ihmisten yhteinen rinnakkaiselo. Alan Darra: We had a great time staying in the hotel Indigo. The hotel is very clean and has a nice modern style. Staff was really helpful and friendly. We were allowed to check in early which really made it easy for us just to head out to explore Helsinki.We absolutely loved the comfortable beds and the bathroom with roomy shower. We started our day with their breakfast of great variety. They offer a buffet and also ordered warm breakfast from a menu, so you'll be sure to find something you'll like. The breakfast was available until 11 am and late checkout at 12 suited us perfectly.We have absolutely nothing to complain about and hence we're happy to leave an honest 5 star review for the hotel.Looking forward to stay here again!
8: -1 is due to breakfast service which I did not like. I stayed couple of nights. The breakfast remains the same throughout the stay which was really boring. Moreover the service of front desk is very food whereas people in the breakfast is relatively unfriendly and unkind and unfriendly and sometimes there was only one person who always had to let incoming customers await while she was cleaning tables or went to the backyard.The location is perfect and very convenient to go to anywhere. 3 stations from the central by the tram.The service of the front desk is very good and kind.The room is very big with modern furniture and items.I believe the price is quite reasonable in terms of its service and quality besides the breakfast. The breakfast is boring and too expensive with bad service.
戸部孝: A standard hotel from the IHG group.The room is very quiet. However, when it rains, the sound of the rain gets a little bothersome.The front desk is friendly and serves customers with a smile. I think it's a good hotel. I will be back again.
Kurtis Lee: Excellent customer service - staff was proactive and engaging.Perfect location with trams nearby and walking distance to shops and restaurants.Rooms are comfy with amenities stocked.
