Though we didn’t have an appointment, the person working here was super friendly and welcoming, she was very positive, smiling and was eager to tell us all the information and availability. She welcomed us to look around and when I found something I liked she encourage me to try making herself available. Though the dress was not so fitting for me, she was very inviting to come another time or keep checking the web page. Top notch friendly customer service and lovely welcoming attitude. Also all the dresses were of much nicer quality than most other bridal shops we’ve been to in Helsinki and with really good prices. Though this is a second hand store, all the dresses were from nice brands and nicely kept.The only thing was the store smells a bit like a second hand store of old clothes or such., but I guess that’s a given and can’t be changed may be.I already found my dress, but I will certainly consider reselling or recommending this place to friends.Thank you for a lovely and friendly service.

Saija Lähdemäki: A great place where, according to my experience, there is a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, and you get good service. Especially Erna was wonderful. 😊 A bride who buys a used wedding dress doesn't have to give up anything, so to speak, but gets the same mediation experience as in a shop selling new dresses. The selection has been really good, especially for a "medium-sized" person like me. Suits can also be found for many different tastes, while the new collections of certain stores can repeat a lot of the same style.
