I called the store and inquired about a possible schedule for solving my problem, the call took about 45 minutes, so I drove out of the yard safely and with a good mind. The guys were great and I got the feeling that they were there to help me. A full 10!! đȘ

The customer service agrees to buy something with a friend, so I was not paid attention to. indifference to the customer's needs is not part of customer service. I would like a little more training for this guy. The owners would certainly not have wanted such behavior towards the customer. However, my case was taken care of and I am reasonably satisfied.

Last year, I got new tires/rims from the same shop due to a quick situation with express delivery. Other shops replied that they couldn't find it on the shelf, but this shop promised to find out and got the right size tires/rims from somewhere and the next day. The trip to Lapland was saved that time. A warm recommendation, based on my own experiences, if you want a service tire shop.

Anton Engman: Very good service. I had earlier had my tire patched elsewhere and it had been left full of water and for a year because of this there was a little gap between the rim and the tire. Here they noticed it and did the job well and didn't even ask for payment for the work.
