dietmar ehinger: One or two hubcaps from my suitcase "disappear" on every flight to Helsinki or other places. At the Helsinki Rimowa shop the service is unbeatable, super friendly, helpful and competent staff! During my last visit I was offered the opportunity to exchange all 4 wheels as part of a promotion - free of charge! WOW! The exchange took place directly in the shop with the suitcase loaded without waiting. An unexpectedly positive experience - thank you!

The two employees in the RIMOWA Store Helsinki helped me quickly and easily and replaced the entire roll holder and also replaced all the screws on the three other rolls. With a service like this, as a frequent traveler, I realize how important and valuable a service like this is! Thank you!!!

Gunnar Lihr: These guys closed down the Luggage store and now went for plastic mouldings in another location but with the same name.They used to have great service for Finland!

Beatrice Borgström: I took the wheel of the suitcase to be repaired in the morning and in the afternoon I received a message that the bag is ready! The brand of my bag was not as common as e.g. Samsonite, so even smaller brand bags can be repaired easily. Very friendly and fast service. I highly recommend!
