CP T: A weird smell from the shower head in the toilet. It was alright for one night at a reasonable rate in Helsinki. A few nice add on as the microwave, water boiler and a fridge, plus a few coffee pouches.
Olena Sushch: Plus: located in the center of Helsinki. 5 minutes from the train station on foot.Minus: the rooms are not always clean.
Oksana Kalinina - Maalmi: The hotel is located in a convenient location, everything is within walking distance!

In winter and if you don't shower daily this may not be a problem, but if you get hot... keeping the towel on for five days in a row can be a problem. But the worst thing is that you find out once it happens because they don't notify you either when making the reservation, or when you arrive at the hotel, so it can happen to you like after a day of 27 degrees we take a shower and leave the towels in the bathroom floor to change them, and we had to call customer service to request clean towels. PETROS TSOUKALAS: Imposing and modern hotel close to the harbor and the city of Helsinki. 2 tram lines to the center right outside. Clean room, great pool with sauna and bar on the 16th floor. Unobstructed view. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of savory and quite sweet. Willing and helpful staff.Rooms: The Standard room is clean but a little small.

Agnete Nørskov Nielsen: Majoittui 5 yötä heinäkuussa 2024 ja voin todella suositella Clarion-hotellia Helsingissä.Hotelli on melko uusi, huoneet siistit ja aamiaisbuffet oli erinomainen.Raitiovaunut kulkevat muutaman minuutin välein aivan hotellin ulkopuolella.Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta ja ammattitaitoista.Kiitos upeasta kesälomasta hotellissasi!

Sanna Hankavuori: workers stood for a while with their hands in their pockets, even though berry jam had fallen on the floor next to them.A versatile, hearty breakfast, definitely to be continued! The rooms were quiet and the Ivana King room's own air conditioning was the absolute crowning glory for those in need of coolness.The location was great, the natural history museum could be seen from the window, the chiasma, Forum, Kämp and everything within a stone's throw.
Nina Kovanen: Good location and basic services in the area are good. Central location. However, the sauna section is really crowded, only two showers and the water in the pool is cold, so the experience was miserable. You can wait a long time for the elevators. The breakfast was really limited and on the low end of Finnish standards. In addition, long trips to get drinks. The room had a good bed and pillows, but the air conditioner kept humming loudly and condensation dripped into the basin. The air conditioner had to be turned off to save nerves. Jarkko Turunen: Erittäin mukava ja viihtyisä paikka. Aamupala oli maukas ja hotelli oli hyvällä sijainnilla. Kampista pääsi helposti linja-autolla lähes joka paikkaan. Hotelli ja huoneet olivat siistit ja asiakaspalvelu oli ystävällistä. Ja auton parkkeeraus onnistui hyvin hotellin omalla parkkialueella hallissa. Keskustan hotelliksi myös melko edullinen varsinkin, kun käytti s-etukorttia.

Robert Gentile: I have stayed at this hotel 3 times since 2019 and will stay once before I leave for Australia.Positives: I highly recommend the Sauna rooms, these are unique to Lapland hotel and are a lovely touch. This hotel is extremely clean and nicer than some other 5 star hotels in Helsinki. Showers are perfectly clean, with no signs of mould or grout discolouration - which is common even at 5 star hotels. Breakfast is suburb, with unique offerings. The whole hotel has a nice dark and moody feel, which I love, and I think the music they play throughout the hotel works well with this. The location on Bulevadi is wonderful and is my preferred location in Helsinki, close to the design district.Negatives: Restaurant service has been poor on two occasions in that the kitchen was too busy to serve us and we couldn't eat at the hotel for dinner. This is because they were unexpectingly busy - I wasn't too bothered by this as there are plenty of other places to eat around the area, but just an observation.The hotel gym isn't really a gym, but rather an exercise room with some basic equipment. There is a bench press, some kettlebells, some cardio equipment, and some odd machines that I feel weren't picked out by someone who actually trains. Gym's are important to me when travelling, so I would probably need to choose somewhere that has a proper gym if I was staying more than two nights.

Jarno: The service and location are absolutely top notch. The breakfast was as expected and it is worth mentioning that the coffee offered was of high quality. The room was good, but by no means perfect anymore. The annoyance was caused by the rather impractical/bad water taps. Not quite up to five as a whole, especially considering the very high price of the room.

Eeva Marie: I booked a stay at Hotel Finn last minute as my flight was cancelled and I had an extra day in Helsinki. It was the perfect stay for one night. It’s in a great location in the heart of the city with many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops nearby. I was able to walk with my heavy suitcase to the bus and train stations less than 10 minutes away.I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of all the staff, including the receptionists and cleaners. My check in process was very smooth and quick, and I was also able to store my luggage in a locker for the day after I checked out.The room was very clean and just what I needed for a short stay, but slightly small if you plan to stay longer. Overall enjoyed my stay at Hotel Finn.

MKT JPN: I visit Helsinki for work about three times a year, but this is my regular stay at this hotel. It's not a big hotel, it's cozy. The interior also has a nice atmosphere. The service is also decent and not bad. Recommended for people who don't like big box hotels with lots of people.Rooms: A well-designed guest room. It's comfortable.Food & drinks: The attached restaurant serves delicious seafood at night. Breakfast is also quite good.
Tony Webster: . Great location, and walkable to almost everything. My only complaint is that my room got incredibly hot and stuffy, and the air conditioning was locked down so it couldn't be adjusted very far, and even what it could be adjusted to, the system would perpetually say it would take 10 hours to cool down, and it would never actually do so. Worse, you cannot open the windows. I had to prop my room door open a few times just to get some fresh air.

Matti: Our room was great, had everything we needed, except a view. The room had a very small window in the corner making the room in itself a bit dark / gloomy. Bed was great, and the space as well, on top of good bathropes. Shoes they could not find that could fit a 46 / 11 size.The service on the other hand was perfect and everyone was nice and quick.

David Habegger: Tulin tänne kahdeksi yöksi yksin viikko- ja puolikaupunkikierroksella Baltiassa heinäkuun alussa New Yorkista. Varasin "Serenity Studio, Studio, 1 King, Street view" helmikuussa noin 265 dollaria per yö. Löysin tämän hotellin ensin Marriottin verkkosivuston kautta, koska olen Platinum-eliitin jäsen ja yritän pysyä Marriottin kiinteistöissä.Pidin todella tästä hotellista. Sijainti oli loistava; lähellä pääaukiota, mutta myös jotain, mikä poisti, joten se ei ollut niin turisti ja tungosta. Henkilökunta oli kaikki ihanaa. Kaikki mitä tilasin, saapui huoneeseeni viidessä minuutissa. Rakastin myös huonettani todella paljon. Se oli niin hyvin suunniteltu, mukava ja tilava. Televisio oli myös uusi, sillä se pystyi suoratoistamaan siihen henkilökohtaiselta laitteeltasi. Rakastin myös tilavaa kylpyhuonetta, jossa oli japanilaistyylinen wc.Suosittelisin kenellekään majoittumaan tähän hotelliin, enkä voi kuvitella, jos/kun olen takaisin Helsinkiin, yöpyisin missä tahansa muualla.

Jaana Joenvuori: .We also had a pet room and the doorway to outside was close.Breakfast was very abundant and filled with Finnish delicacies. Finnish bread, cheese, Karelian pies, salmon mousse, etc. The view from the restaurant's vast windows was lovely.You reach the hotel by metro and bus. I warmly recommend this hotel if you don't want to stay at the city centre but in the midst of the most beautiful Finnish nature and still in Helsinki.

Miika: Oli taas mieluinen vierailu Glo hotellissa. Ensimmäistä kertaa lapsen kanssa ja oli tosi hiljainen ja hyvä huone. Aamupalalla saisi olla tuoreempia salaatit yms.Huoneet: Huoneet hiljaisia ja 18 neliöinen huone sopivan kokoinen yhden lapsen kanssa.
Christina Le: Excellent place to stay, even during renovations! The rooms are modern and clean. The location is good, only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was amazing – probably worth staying here for the breakfast alone! It had everything from crepes and croissants to scrambled eggs and sausage to bread, ham, and cheese. I would come back again!

Keijo Mallikainen: The room looks clean from the outside, but there is dust in some places. The bed is really soft and the pillow really big and fluffy, so it's good to sleep on. The view from the room is a bit poor. There was also something yellow on the sheets.The service at the respa was unhurried, patient and friendly.The location of the Hotel is great, because it is right in the center and within easy reach of the Railway Station.

Craig Simons: huippuhotellina. Käyttöaste tuntui tämän seurauksena todella alhaiselta.Sijainti viisas, se on uskomatonta! Vain kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskusasemalta. Voit jopa kävellä suurimman osan ylittämällä tien ja kulkemalla Kampin kauppakeskuksen/bussi-/metroaseman läpi. Niin kätevää, en malta odottaa, että pääsen sinne, kun se avataan uudelleen ja pysyn taas Helsingin sydämessä!!
