CP T: A weird smell from the shower head in the toilet. It was alright for one night at a reasonable rate in Helsinki. A few nice add on as the microwave, water boiler and a fridge, plus a few coffee pouches.
Olena Sushch: Plus: located in the center of Helsinki. 5 minutes from the train station on foot.Minus: the rooms are not always clean.
Oksana Kalinina - Maalmi: The hotel is located in a convenient location, everything is within walking distance!

PETROS TSOUKALAS: Imposing and modern hotel close to the harbor and the city of Helsinki. 2 tram lines to the center right outside. Clean room, great pool with sauna and bar on the 16th floor. Unobstructed view. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of savory and quite sweet. Willing and helpful staff.Rooms: The Standard room is clean but a little small.

Agnete Nørskov Nielsen: Majoittui 5 yötä heinäkuussa 2024 ja voin todella suositella Clarion-hotellia Helsingissä.Hotelli on melko uusi, huoneet siistit ja aamiaisbuffet oli erinomainen.Raitiovaunut kulkevat muutaman minuutin välein aivan hotellin ulkopuolella.Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta ja ammattitaitoista.Kiitos upeasta kesälomasta hotellissasi!

Siilu Simisker: The most overall look was nice and clean. If you look at some details like scratches on the wall or the weird plumbing situation with the bathroom sink then you can notice some imperfections. For breakfast you were guided to book a table in advance but in reality the breakfast was a chaos and you had to find yourself a table. The food was nice and the staff were friendly. The parking garage was full and the receptionist said that we had to figure something out, thanks to a couple who were next to us gave us directions to a nearby parking garage.Rooms: Nicely decorated, mostly clean, comfortable bed. We had two rooms, ij mine the air conditioning worked but in my parents room it did not work. Also their mini bar was empty when they arrived.Noteworthy details: If you are travelling with your car, I would look at nearby parking options before arriving at the hotel.

Jaana Joenvuori: .We also had a pet room and the doorway to outside was close.Breakfast was very abundant and filled with Finnish delicacies. Finnish bread, cheese, Karelian pies, salmon mousse, etc. The view from the restaurant's vast windows was lovely.You reach the hotel by metro and bus. I warmly recommend this hotel if you don't want to stay at the city centre but in the midst of the most beautiful Finnish nature and still in Helsinki.

Jarno: The service and location are absolutely top notch. The breakfast was as expected and it is worth mentioning that the coffee offered was of high quality. The room was good, but by no means perfect anymore. The annoyance was caused by the rather impractical/bad water taps. Not quite up to five as a whole, especially considering the very high price of the room.

Robert Gentile: I have stayed at this hotel 3 times since 2019 and will stay once before I leave for Australia.Positives: I highly recommend the Sauna rooms, these are unique to Lapland hotel and are a lovely touch. This hotel is extremely clean and nicer than some other 5 star hotels in Helsinki. Showers are perfectly clean, with no signs of mould or grout discolouration - which is common even at 5 star hotels. Breakfast is suburb, with unique offerings. The whole hotel has a nice dark and moody feel, which I love, and I think the music they play throughout the hotel works well with this. The location on Bulevadi is wonderful and is my preferred location in Helsinki, close to the design district.Negatives: Restaurant service has been poor on two occasions in that the kitchen was too busy to serve us and we couldn't eat at the hotel for dinner. This is because they were unexpectingly busy - I wasn't too bothered by this as there are plenty of other places to eat around the area, but just an observation.The hotel gym isn't really a gym, but rather an exercise room with some basic equipment. There is a bench press, some kettlebells, some cardio equipment, and some odd machines that I feel weren't picked out by someone who actually trains. Gym's are important to me when travelling, so I would probably need to choose somewhere that has a proper gym if I was staying more than two nights.

Sanna Hankavuori: workers stood for a while with their hands in their pockets, even though berry jam had fallen on the floor next to them.A versatile, hearty breakfast, definitely to be continued! The rooms were quiet and the Ivana King room's own air conditioning was the absolute crowning glory for those in need of coolness.The location was great, the natural history museum could be seen from the window, the chiasma, Forum, Kämp and everything within a stone's throw.

However, the sauna section is really crowded, only two showers and the water in the pool is cold, so the experience was miserable. You can wait a long time for the elevators. The breakfast was really limited and on the low end of Finnish standards. In addition, long trips to get drinks. The room had a good bed and pillows, but the air conditioner kept humming loudly and condensation dripped into the basin. The air conditioner had to be turned off to save nerves. Jarkko Turunen: Erittäin mukava ja viihtyisä paikka. Aamupala oli maukas ja hotelli oli hyvällä sijainnilla. Kampista pääsi helposti linja-autolla lähes joka paikkaan. Hotelli ja huoneet olivat siistit ja asiakaspalvelu oli ystävällistä. Ja auton parkkeeraus onnistui hyvin hotellin omalla parkkialueella hallissa. Keskustan hotelliksi myös melko edullinen varsinkin, kun käytti s-etukorttia.

Keijo Mallikainen: The room looks clean from the outside, but there is dust in some places. The bed is really soft and the pillow really big and fluffy, so it's good to sleep on. The view from the room is a bit poor. There was also something yellow on the sheets.The service at the respa was unhurried, patient and friendly.The location of the Hotel is great, because it is right in the center and within easy reach of the Railway Station.

The only paranoia is that they charge 4.40 euros for a cappuccino because the price only includes crap. It doesn't make sense because the choice at breakfast is very large and paying for coffee is a bit weak, but the overall impression is positive, hence the 5* overall.

With pleasant walks you can visit the whole city and in 15 minutes on foot you arrive at the splendid cathedral and the port of the old market where it is possible to taste typical dishes at modest prices.The room we were assigned was a very comfortable standard one with a bathtub, large bed but very hard pillows. The only flaw is the absence of a kettle with some herbal tea or instant coffee.The breakfast buffet was "amazing"!!! a table set up with breads of all kinds and often hot, a really varied savory choice, practically with a breakfast like this you can easily skip lunch!The desk operators were very helpful, clear in explaining the services, friendly and cheerful... truly a hotel that I recommend for a comfortable stay in Helsinki!

There is too much traffic at breakfast, although we were there on the weekend of July, so a lot of hotel guests. A wonderful roof terrace. jenni H: A neat hotel in Hakaniemi. We had a spacious triple room facing the courtyard, which guaranteed a peaceful night's sleep. A bit crowded at breakfast on Sunday, but that wouldn't be in any hotel. The breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. The staff was really friendly. Central location, trams, metro, bus leaves right next door. This hotel is good value for money!

KingOfQueens 1: Varasin kylpylään ja minulla oli ihanaa aikaa. Menin väärään pukuhuoneeseen ja henkilökunta auttoi minua mukavasti paikantamaan tavarani.Minulla oli cocktail, joka tehtiin koneella, mutta se oli silti hyvä, ei liian makea.En käyttänyt saunaa, koska ulkona oli joka tapauksessa +26.Käytin pääasiassa poreallasta.Jalankulku: Helppo paikantaa busseilla.
Ramin Raminy: Hyvä hotelli kohtuulliseen hintaan aamiaisella. Huoneet ovat melko mukavia ja moderneja. Hotellissa on myös spa ja kuntosali, jossa on kattobaari. Sijainti on melkein Helsingin ulkopuolella, lähellä Pasilaa. Julkinen liikenne on lähellä.Aamiainen oli maukas, mutta vaihtoehdot olivat vähemmän kuin odotin, mikä oli hieman pettymys.Hotellissa on myös leikkihuone pienimmille. Siellä on leluja, lautapelejä ja pöytätennistä TV:llä katsoaksesi sarjakuvia.
Esa-Matti Kivioja: Huone oli ihan siisti, mutta niin pieni ettei toiselle puolen sänkyä päässyt kävelemään sängynpäästä vaan joutui menemään toisen yli. Vessa oli myös erittäin pieni, juuri ja juuri mahtui kääntymään siellä. Ymmärrän kyllä että halutaan rakentaa kompaktin kokoisia,kohtuu edullisia hotelleja ,mutta nyt oli menty sen rajan yli. Eli edes 50cm molempiin suuntiin leveyttä lisää niin olis jo paljon parempi.
Marjaana Martikainen: Huoneet: Huoneet pienet, mutta erittäin toimivat. Erillinen lavuaari vessan ulkopuolella plussaa. Sängyt mukavat.Huomioitavia asioita: Parkkihalli näppärä. Bussilinja suoraan hotellin edestä. Hese kulman takana. Kattoterassialue pieni, mutta toimi.
Henrik Dobewall: Järjestimme Helsingissä suuren akateemisen tapahtuman, jossa oli 70 kansainvälistä osallistujaa, jotka pääosin yöpyivät Valo-hotellissa. Palvelu oli erinomaista, ystävällistä ja joustavaa laskentaa kaikkiin erilaisiin tarpeisiimme ja toiveihimme. Ryhmältään ei kuulunut yhtään valitusta.Ruoka ja juomat: Upea aamiainen ja lounas. Hyvä hinta/laatusuhde.

Craig Simons: huippuhotellina. Käyttöaste tuntui tämän seurauksena todella alhaiselta.Sijainti viisas, se on uskomatonta! Vain kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskusasemalta. Niin kätevää, en malta odottaa, että pääsen sinne, kun se avataan uudelleen ja pysyn taas Helsingin sydämessä!!
