Miika: Oli taas mieluinen vierailu Glo hotellissa. Ensimmäistä kertaa lapsen kanssa ja oli tosi hiljainen ja hyvä huone. Aamupalalla saisi olla tuoreempia salaatit yms.Huoneet: Huoneet hiljaisia ja 18 neliöinen huone sopivan kokoinen yhden lapsen kanssa.
Christina Le: Excellent place to stay, even during renovations! The rooms are modern and clean. The location is good, only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was amazing – probably worth staying here for the breakfast alone! It had everything from crepes and croissants to scrambled eggs and sausage to bread, ham, and cheese. I would come back again!

PETROS TSOUKALAS: Imposing and modern hotel close to the harbor and the city of Helsinki. 2 tram lines to the center right outside. Clean room, great pool with sauna and bar on the 16th floor. Unobstructed view. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of savory and quite sweet. Willing and helpful staff.Rooms: The Standard room is clean but a little small.
Aleksei Starostin: Huone, josta on upeat näkymät merelle ja kaupunkiin 9. kerroksessa, hyvä aamiainen, hyvä kuntosali ja sauna. Upea kattouima-allas.Huomioitavia asioita: Upea kattouima-allas.
Agnete Nørskov Nielsen: Majoittui 5 yötä heinäkuussa 2024 ja voin todella suositella Clarion-hotellia Helsingissä.Hotelli on melko uusi, huoneet siistit ja aamiaisbuffet oli erinomainen.Raitiovaunut kulkevat muutaman minuutin välein aivan hotellin ulkopuolella.Henkilökunta oli kohteliasta ja ammattitaitoista.Kiitos upeasta kesälomasta hotellissasi!

Craig Simons: huippuhotellina. Käyttöaste tuntui tämän seurauksena todella alhaiselta.Sijainti viisas, se on uskomatonta! Vain kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskusasemalta. Voit jopa kävellä suurimman osan ylittämällä tien ja kulkemalla Kampin kauppakeskuksen/bussi-/metroaseman läpi. Niin kätevää, en malta odottaa, että pääsen sinne, kun se avataan uudelleen ja pysyn taas Helsingin sydämessä!!

Keijo Mallikainen: The room looks clean from the outside, but there is dust in some places. The bed is really soft and the pillow really big and fluffy, so it's good to sleep on. The view from the room is a bit poor. There was also something yellow on the sheets.The service at the respa was unhurried, patient and friendly.The location of the Hotel is great, because it is right in the center and within easy reach of the Railway Station.

Robert Gentile: I have stayed at this hotel 3 times since 2019 and will stay once before I leave for Australia.Positives: I highly recommend the Sauna rooms, these are unique to Lapland hotel and are a lovely touch. This hotel is extremely clean and nicer than some other 5 star hotels in Helsinki. Showers are perfectly clean, with no signs of mould or grout discolouration - which is common even at 5 star hotels. Breakfast is suburb, with unique offerings. The whole hotel has a nice dark and moody feel, which I love, and I think the music they play throughout the hotel works well with this. The location on Bulevadi is wonderful and is my preferred location in Helsinki, close to the design district.Negatives: Restaurant service has been poor on two occasions in that the kitchen was too busy to serve us and we couldn't eat at the hotel for dinner. This is because they were unexpectingly busy - I wasn't too bothered by this as there are plenty of other places to eat around the area, but just an observation.The hotel gym isn't really a gym, but rather an exercise room with some basic equipment. There is a bench press, some kettlebells, some cardio equipment, and some odd machines that I feel weren't picked out by someone who actually trains. Gym's are important to me when travelling, so I would probably need to choose somewhere that has a proper gym if I was staying more than two nights.

Petri Räikkönen: Thank you for the good service and the good room. We stayed for five nights and the location of the hotel was quite good. The room was nice and spacious and the beds really comfortable. Similarly, the varied breakfast was quite tasty and the breakfast place was nice.The only minus is that there was no parking space for the car at the hotel, but it had to be taken to the Kluuv cave. When there was some luggage, we had to park the car in a temporarily prohibited place both when we arrived at the hotel and when we left, because there was no way we could have carried the luggage all the way from the Kluuv parking garage.

Remco Keijser: Friendly staff, location Hotel very convenient to the center. Parking garage available, costs 29 euros per day. Clean large family room for 4 people.Walkability: Close to center.
Flávia Oliveira: A nice 4-star hotel with all the expected amenities. We got a double queen room, very spacious and well kept. Staff were generally very nice. Breakfast options were fantastic - possibly the best we ever saw in a hotel, even though the breakfast room did get very crowded every morning. A bit outside of the centre of Helsinki but still within walking distance if one had the time. Overall, we found this to be good value for money.

Luigi: My wife and I have stayed at many boutique hotels throughout the EU, and had the opportunity to stay here this spring while visiting friends in HEL. The location is great; close to the train station, with quite a few places within walking distance as well, but what set this place apart is the staff and ambiance. We cannot say enough about the staff; friendly, inclusive to all, and you could easily tell they liked what they do. Breakfast was varied and fresh, and there's nothing like sitting with a throw in a comfy chair by the bar on a snowy night. Just a wonderful evening for tired travellers.
Roland Engel: Rooms: Das einfache Doppelzimmer ist wirklich klein, aber zweckmäßig. Alles was man braucht!Safety: Die Fahrstuhl, Lift und Zimmerzugänge sind mit der Zugangskarte abgesichert.Walkability: Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 500 m entfernt.Noteworthy details: Ganz in der Nähe ist ein 24/7 Markt bis 21:00 gibt's da auch noch ein gekühltes, preisgünstiges Feierabendbier.Die Lage ist ruhig, kaum Straßenlärm zu hören. Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, jedoch die Klimaanlage, leise und zugfrei sorgt für frische Luft.Das Hotelfrühstück ist super, vielseitig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei!

Maria Benita de la Poza Perez: Hyvä kokoinen asukas, tyypillinen hotelli eurooppalaisen kaupungin keskustassa. Ei-sekoita sauna käytettävissä. Aamiaisbuffet on melko hyvä. Siinä on useita terasseja, joilla voit mennä ulos juomaan tai nauttia näkymistä keskusasemalle. Hennannah: Vietimme perheen kanssa yhden yön upeasti uusitun Vaakunan sviitissä. Sviitti oli erittäin tilava, kauniisti sisustettu, huoneet tulvivat valoa ja näköala kahteen suuntaan kruunasi huoneen. 10.kerroksen kattoterassin drinkit ilta-auringossa kruunasi kokemuksen.Palvelu oli myös erinomaista esim. lapset oli kivasti huomioitu ja aamiainen monipuolinen ja kattava. silvia cuoco: The hotel is located in a shopping artery of Helsinki, overlooking a very modern square that is worth visiting and is located a few steps from a super technological district where the contemporary art museum stands. With pleasant walks you can visit the whole city and in 15 minutes on foot you arrive at the splendid cathedral and the port of the old market where it is possible to taste typical dishes at modest prices.The room we were assigned was a very comfortable standard one with a bathtub, large bed but very hard pillows. The only flaw is the absence of a kettle with some herbal tea or instant coffee.The breakfast buffet was "amazing"!!! a table set up with breads of all kinds and often hot, a really varied savory choice, practically with a breakfast like this you can easily skip lunch!The desk operators were very helpful, clear in explaining the services, friendly and cheerful... truly a hotel that I recommend for a comfortable stay in Helsinki!

Vili: The key cards were not coded even though I bought an additional hour. The breakfast was great. The staff came to offer more coffee and croissants.Rooms: You could see the bathroom from the room, because there was no dimming in the window.
Jutta: Sockets in a bad place and you had to look for a while before you found them.Rooms: There was no Bluetooth connection with the TV and it showed some other phones, but not my own.
Iina Huovala: A clean hotel in a good location in the heart of Helsinki. Friendly service. There is too much traffic at breakfast, although we were there on the weekend of July, so a lot of hotel guests. A wonderful roof terrace. The air conditioning is weak, we got a fan in the room after we mentioned it. Shortcomings in the detergents in the bathroom, these were also fixed after being mentioned. Chromecast on TV. Overall a pleasant visit.

Siilu Simisker: The most overall look was nice and clean. If you look at some details like scratches on the wall or the weird plumbing situation with the bathroom sink then you can notice some imperfections. For breakfast you were guided to book a table in advance but in reality the breakfast was a chaos and you had to find yourself a table. The food was nice and the staff were friendly. The parking garage was full and the receptionist said that we had to figure something out, thanks to a couple who were next to us gave us directions to a nearby parking garage.Rooms: Nicely decorated, mostly clean, comfortable bed. We had two rooms, ij mine the air conditioning worked but in my parents room it did not work. Also their mini bar was empty when they arrived.Noteworthy details: If you are travelling with your car, I would look at nearby parking options before arriving at the hotel.
Nea Sandmark: Everything worked.Food & drinks: The food in the hotel restaurant was tasty, we ate snails and fish soup.
