Aleksandrs Ambrosovs: Nice hotel, wonderful staff! The free parking is small and the spaces are almost always occupied.Rooms: Our room was quite spacious, two single beds and a sofa. The view from the window is also normal. There are mugs and a kettle in the room, and a minibar in the refrigerator.Nearby activities: For entertainment, there is a tennis court, SUP rental on the shore, and a cafe near the pier. The hotel itself has a swimming pool and a sauna, since the children ran away there on the first day.Walkability: Either by car or by public transport.Food & drinks: Breakfast is a buffet. Very varied. One of the waitresses speaks Russian.

Antti Partanen: As someone who grew up in this neighborhood, coming to Kalastajatorppa was like stepping into a time capsule. This iconic hotel has been one of the top addresses since I was a kid. It has received some upgrades, but in essence the hotel is how I remembered it to be. Oh, they added iglo rooms at the waterfront. Worth checking out for sure. All the staff were very nice. And, watching the sunset from the seaside restaurant is always a nice way to end the day.

Anssi Shemeikka: Klassikkohotelli on yhä iskussa. Huone oli viihtyisä ja puhdas, näkymät parvekkeelta rauhoittavat. Kulku tunnelia pitkin allasosastolle oli kätevä ja itse allas toimiva. Kiuas saunassa oli liian kesy.Ravintola Meritorpan läheisyydestä iso plussa. Miljöö erillään kaupungista meren ja luonnon helmassa rentouttava.Aamupala runsas, monipuolinen ja maistuva. Asiakaspalvelu kaikkineen erinomaista.

Antti Ketvell: Olympiastadionille sopivan lyhyt kävelymatka, eikä keskustaankaan pitkästi. Tietyöt vähän tuo haasteita liikkumiseen.Hotelli on iso! Ja kun on täynnä niin väkeä riittää mm. Aamupalalla. Silti huoneet rauhalliset ja hyvin äänieristetyt.Sisäänkirjautuminen on vasta klo 16! Aulabaari aukeaa vasta 16 tai 17, mutta reippaat baarimikot palvelivat jo ennen virallista aukeamisaikaa kun odottelimme huoneen valmistumista, hyvää palvelua!
Siilu Simisker: Yleisin ulkoasu oli mukava ja puhdas. Jos tarkastelet joitain yksityiskohtia, kuten naarmuja seinässä tai outoa putkistoa kylpyhuoneen pesualtaan kanssa, voit huomata joitakin puutteita. Aamiaiseksi ohjattiin varaamaan pöytä etukäteen, mutta todellisuudessa aamiainen oli kaaos ja sinun piti löytää itsellesi pöytä. Ruoka oli mukavaa ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Flávia Oliveira: Mukava 4 tähden hotelli kaikilla odotetuilla mukavuuksilla. Saimme kahden hengen queen-huoneen, erittäin tilava ja hyvin pidetty. Henkilökunta oli yleensä erittäin mukavaa. Aamiaisvaihtoehdot olivat fantastisia - ehkä paras, mitä olemme koskaan nähneet hotellissa, vaikka aamiaishuone oli todella täynnä joka aamu. Matkustimme vain Euroopassa, kiipesimme ja reputimme vuorilla. Vasta kun matkamme päättyi ja saavuimme tähän hotelliin, tajusin, kuinka väsynyt ja rispaantunut matkustaja olin! Nimittäin tuntui kuin olisin hypännyt ison ja tuoreen jättiläispullan päälle nukkumaan. Tyynyjä on eripaksuisia ja ensimmäistä kertaa löysin täältä sopivan. Peitto oli kuin lämmin ja pörröinen pilvi! Tämän huoneen suunnittelija ansaitsee tunnustuksen! Ilmanvaihto on uskomattoman hyvä! Vau, täällä ei ole mattoja. Keuhkot avautuvat. Jos tarvitset joskus vaikka vain aikalisää, tämän hotellin huone saa sinut unohtamaan kaiken muun ja voit vain levätä.Lopuksi haluaisin lisätä arvosteluun, että henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja aamiainen oli tuore. Robert Gentile: I have stayed at this hotel 3 times since 2019 and will stay once before I leave for Australia.Positives: I highly recommend the Sauna rooms, these are unique to Lapland hotel and are a lovely touch. This hotel is extremely clean and nicer than some other 5 star hotels in Helsinki. Showers are perfectly clean, with no signs of mould or grout discolouration - which is common even at 5 star hotels. Breakfast is suburb, with unique offerings. The whole hotel has a nice dark and moody feel, which I love, and I think the music they play throughout the hotel works well with this. The location on Bulevadi is wonderful and is my preferred location in Helsinki, close to the design district.Negatives: Restaurant service has been poor on two occasions in that the kitchen was too busy to serve us and we couldn't eat at the hotel for dinner. This is because they were unexpectingly busy - I wasn't too bothered by this as there are plenty of other places to eat around the area, but just an observation.The hotel gym isn't really a gym, but rather an exercise room with some basic equipment. There is a bench press, some kettlebells, some cardio equipment, and some odd machines that I feel weren't picked out by someone who actually trains. Gym's are important to me when travelling, so I would probably need to choose somewhere that has a proper gym if I was staying more than two nights.

Keijo Mallikainen: Huone on päältä päin katsottuna siistin näköinen, mutta joissain kohdissa on pölyä. Sänky on oikein pehmeä ja tyyny todella iso ja muhkea eli sillä on hyvä nukkua. Näköala huoneesta on hieman kehno. Lakanoissa oli myös jotain keltaista.Palvelu respassa oli kiireetöntä, kärsivällistä ja ystävällistä.Sijainti hotelissa on loistava, koska se on aivan keskustassa ja helpon matkan päässä Rautatieasemaa.

Rob Watkins: Overall a good stay, but a few issues!Not the usual quality one expects from a Hilton.The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff did a great job.One morning the hot water broke. The staff were not very apologetic about this, but we were given money off on checkout so do ask if things genuinely go wrong - I would never ask usually but don’t think you should have to pay for a cold shower! I’m surprised about the previous review of breakfast! We were really disappointed.All the hot food was lukewarm at best. This was really disappointing as there was a good selection, but cold bacon and eggs isn’t really that tasty!The sauna and pool area were nice! 👌A previous review mentions the pool is cold, it is but I think that’s the point with a super hot sauna!!! 😂

Gilnela Jalonen: Erittäin hyvä kokemus kaiken kaikkiaan. Mukava sänky, tilavat huoneet.Miksi vain 4 tähteä? Aamiainen oli minulle pettymys. Ensimmäistä kertaa Suomessa vieraillut hotellissa ei ole "riisipiirakka"/karjalaista piirakkaa. Kuten muut sanoivat, aamiaisvalikoima on suurempi muissa hotelleissa.
Craig Simons: huippuhotellina. Käyttöaste tuntui tämän seurauksena todella alhaiselta.Sijainti viisas, se on uskomatonta! Vain kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä keskusasemalta. Voit jopa kävellä suurimman osan ylittämällä tien ja kulkemalla Kampin kauppakeskuksen/bussi-/metroaseman läpi. Niin kätevää, en malta odottaa, että pääsen sinne, kun se avataan uudelleen ja pysyn taas Helsingin sydämessä!!

Unobstructed view. Very good breakfast with a wide variety of savory and quite sweet. Willing and helpful staff.Rooms: The Standard room is clean but a little small.

Good beds and a great view of Helsinki upstairs. Good breakfast and very good service at the hotel. Cheap car hire if you book through the reception at the family company Lacara. Recommended! Enjoy Helsinki, a somewhat forgotten but great city, which should be experienced. Thank you for having us!Rooms: Slightly small standard rooms. And listen a little between the rooms if the neighbor is engaged in bed activities. Kari rämö: the only small minus is if you come by car, parking is expensive for that, but that's probably more of a problem with the duration of Helsinki itself usually. Well, the view from the courtyard room is very urban, but we are in the center 😉
Kaapo Flash: The hotel is located in a good location. We got a slightly oddly themed room, but it was still very clean and cozy. Comfortable lounges in the lobby. The customer service was very friendly. A very versatile breakfast. Nearby is a 24-hour McDonald's where you can get something to eat on hungry evenings. The hotel can be easily reached by trolley from the center in approx. 9 minutes.Rooms: Our room was clean. I especially liked the interior of the bathroom.Safety: The hotel was safe.Food & drinks: The breakfast was varied.

Cristina Plata: and walk for about 10 min. Once at the hotel, you can take the train again for one stop to the city center or one of the trams that stops directly in front of the hotel. The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, gym and sauna were also very clean. The only 2 things that this hotel is missing are a pool and breakfast. Would definitely recommend and/or stay here again

Alan Darra: We had a great time staying in the hotel Indigo. The hotel is very clean and has a nice modern style. Staff was really helpful and friendly. We were allowed to check in early which really made it easy for us just to head out to explore Helsinki.We absolutely loved the comfortable beds and the bathroom with roomy shower. We started our day with their breakfast of great variety. They offer a buffet and also ordered warm breakfast from a menu, so you'll be sure to find something you'll like. The breakfast was available until 11 am and late checkout at 12 suited us perfectly.We have absolutely nothing to complain about and hence we're happy to leave an honest 5 star review for the hotel.Looking forward to stay here again!

Moreover the service of front desk is very food whereas people in the breakfast is relatively unfriendly and unkind and unfriendly and sometimes there was only one person who always had to let incoming customers await while she was cleaning tables or went to the backyard.The location is perfect and very convenient to go to anywhere. 3 stations from the central by the tram.The service of the front desk is very good and kind.The room is very big with modern furniture and items.I believe the price is quite reasonable in terms of its service and quality besides the breakfast. The breakfast is boring and too expensive with bad service.
Dev N: Great hotel, the lobby is on the smaller side but the rooms are great! Check-in took a longer than expected, but I happened to check in when there were a lot of people. Hotel lobby only had two-counters so they could accommodate for anything faster.The rooms are spacious and the shower is great! Breakfast was amazing. You get a hot dish and access to buffet table - so definitely upgrade for breakfast if you can. Breakfast time is strict and ends on time, which was perfectly fine for us - but did hear complains from other hotel-goers. 🤷🏻♀️Really well located and walkable distance to all of the main destinations. Loved our stay!Rooms: Rooms are spacious and clean. Only small issue, tiny really, is that the only location the bathmat can be placed in the bathroom does cause the bathmat to be soak after two person showers. So we ended up placing it outside of the bathroom - not ideal but fine.Safety: Helsinki feels SO safe. And probably is. No worries at all.Walkability: Close access to everywhere. Easy walk and you can even stop by during the day to drop things off!Food & drinks: Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options! You can even try our traditional rice pie, smoked salmon, and other great dishes. They even had a super-food selection where you can add an extra boost to your smoothies, juices, and yoghurt!
戸部孝: A standard hotel from the IHG group.The room is very quiet. However, when it rains, the sound of the rain gets a little bothersome.The front desk is friendly and serves customers with a smile. I think it's a good hotel. I will be back again.
Niina Tunturi: A nice, small hotel in Helsinki with a good location. The premium room was spacious and clean. The room has everything you need for your hotel stay.The breakfast was varied. I also liked that the breakfast included one dish from the menu.You can park very well for 36e in the hotel's own hall - really easy.The service from the entire staff was really good and we felt welcome! I highly recommend!
