Viliina Lilja: A nice yoga studio centrally located in Kamppi. The classes utilize the yoga wall a lot and there are also prenatal classes available. A great studio with highly knowledgeable teachers especially if you like the yoga wall.
feiyah hadar: and the restorative aspects of this studio vary from class to class, but every class I took helped me to re-approach yoga through deep listening and presence. This studio prioritises the meditative practice as central to moving the body, so there is plenty of space to really feel the subtle opening and movement of energies.My partner and I highly recommend this studio to anyone in the area!

Henrik Jansson: Nice place and a well done wall yoga from the instructor. Friendly staff. The opening hours of Facebook, websites and Maps do not match.
Paul Wong: great place with nice teachers, had 2 consecutive lessons with Rita over 2 weeks and the workout is intense, your body rolls back the years after.only complaint is the weird floor texture and rather cold air in the male changing room but everything else is great.

tim oto: Was fortunate to come across this studio while vacationing last week. Attended several practices, including hatha, yin and vinyasa. Matilda was just exceptional, a hugely calming presence and a delight to chat with. Can't wait to come again. Thank you Saga Yoga.
Viliina Lilja: A super cute and harmonic studio next to the Sinebrychoff Park. The classes range from sweaty vinyasa flow and energetic shake the dust to more relaxed and restorative hatha, yin and after work classes. "Happy hour" classes every now and then for 5 euros and even free park yoga in the summer.Classes are always booked and paid online beforehand. There's a good variety of equipment in the studio and you can always borrow a yoga mat without extra charge as well. The shala is not heated. There's one unisex changing room and two toilets where you can also change, but unfortunately no shower.The classes offer a nice and good quality practice, but a more experienced yogi might not be able to develop their practice here in the long run.

Andreas Larssen: A wonderful facility with several pools, saunas and relaxation zones right in the center of Helsinki. Sunbeds for "everyone". CafĂ©/Restaurant. Heated training pool and children's pool. Own pool with sea water. Own small cozy sandy beach. The system is somewhat worn due to a lot of use, without being critical. But it needs some upgrading. I recommend everyone to visit Allas Sea Pool if you are in Helsinki, for a few lovely hours of sauna, pool and hopefully sun. But surely delicious in the winter too... Thank you for me âșïž
