Monsteri: All in all, excellent service, breakfast and location. I also liked that there was a lot of Artekki in the rooms and that the hotel had well-functioning air conditioning during my stay. Overall, really clean and intact rooms. Good value for money too.Rooms: Nicely decorated without the wear and tear of years.Nearby activities: The hotel is right in the center, so you can find things to do by googling.Safety: Very safe place.Walkability: All activities are within walking distanceFood & drinks: Breakfast was included in the price, and was tasty and plentiful.

Veli-Matti Saarenpää: Nice and clean hotel. The "loud" drilling in the neighbor's room disturbed me a bit one morning, but otherwise it's quiet when you're at a felt slipper factory😂Nearby activities: Linnanmäki 400 meters away.
Sandy May: Lovely staff - was also given a free upgrade. Gym was empty and well equipped. Good tram/cycle routes into the centre. Close to the Central Park.Found the room a bit sparse - there was a large empty space with no furnishing/decoration. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and quiet.Lots of good food/cafe options within a 15 min walk.
Kimmo: Walking to Messukeskus or Tripla along an easy route in 10-15 minutes. Accommodation for 1-4 people in new rooms and breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. Good connections to the center and elsewhere; trolley stop at the corner of the hotel.

Tiia: Harvoin on täyden palvelun arviointi paitsi nyt.Kaikki oli tässä hotellissa täydellistä.Mukavan kodikas pieni ja ystävällinen henkilökunta ja palvelu.Sijainti täydellinen ja oikeasti kaikki tässä hotellissa meni nappiin. Ei mitään valittamista😊 tänne varmasti uudestaan tulen kun Helsingissä asioin seuraavan kerran.
Marten T: Pieni helmi!Pieni mukava hotelli tunnelmalla. Keskeisellä paikalla ja design-alueella. Erittäin mukava henkilökunta. Aamiainen ei ole niin suuri, mutta enemmän kuin tarpeeksi ja erittäin hyvätasoinen, kuten itse hotelli. Suositeltava!

Bob Wood: Great value in the center seven minutes from everything. Plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Good beds. Decent breakfast with the room and the breakfast opens at 7 AM which is really nice. Not a bad place and really nice folks at the reception.Walkability: Doesn’t cost an arm and a leg and is still quite close to the central Park the waterfront train station. Actually, everythingNeeded is within seven minutes.

Katariina: A small and friendly hotel in a good location. Perfect for two adults, with small children I would probably choose someone else.The breakfast was quite good, a basic breakfast, the restaurant was small. Maybe there should have been another gym worker. One had his hands full with work and e.g. the collection of dirty dishes was slow. Or alternatively, a cart to which the customers could also take the dishes if they wanted, we could have been taken, for example.All in all, however, a good experience, friendly people at the respa.
matti keränen: Hey. Springsteen concert with nephew in your hotel for a long week. I felt welcome right away at the reception. The service is friendly and smooth, the atmosphere is like that of a family hotel. Breakfast plentiful and fresh. Scrambled eggs really good and gluten supply ok. The chef was cheerful, the blocker was friendly and the service was thoughtfully smooth. The level of cleaning is a bit shabby, but the dining room has good plaster and plank. The location is great in the middle, but a little away from the noise of the city center. I was left with a good impression of the hotel and the professional, friendly staff who met the customers as people. I recommend.
Liisa Pietilä: Very nice hotel experience. The reception was cheerful, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and there was everything you needed. A small fridge was very necessary. The hotel is in a good location and it is quiet. The breakfast was varied and there were plenty of gluten-free products. Chimneys deserve a special mention. So good. We will definitely go to this hotel again.

Maria Benita de la Poza Perez: Hyvä kokoinen asukas, tyypillinen hotelli eurooppalaisen kaupungin keskustassa. Ei-sekoita sauna käytettävissä. Aamiaisbuffet on melko hyvä. Siinä on useita terasseja, joilla voit mennä ulos juomaan tai nauttia näkymistä keskusasemalle. Henkilökunnan huomio oli suurta, ja lähistöllä on useita pubeja, joissa voit mennä ulos nauttimaan oluita.Huoneet: vanha kylpyhuone
Hennannah: Vietimme perheen kanssa yhden yön upeasti uusitun Vaakunan sviitissä. Sviitti oli erittäin tilava, kauniisti sisustettu, huoneet tulvivat valoa ja näköala kahteen suuntaan kruunasi huoneen. 10.kerroksen kattoterassin drinkit ilta-auringossa kruunasi kokemuksen.Palvelu oli myös erinomaista esim. lapset oli kivasti huomioitu ja aamiainen monipuolinen ja kattava.
