Laura Susi-Gamba: I have been a customer of Kuntokompas for six months and I just renewed my contract. The training is structured to suit my own life situation, the coaching of Physsari-PT Kasper is encouraging and I really appreciate his expertise when he explains well why certain movements are done and why they are important to me. Coaching is also about ups and downs, which is a nice challenge and goal. And a private training studio is the best.

Anna-Kaisa Pyy: Experience with many different online coaching and fyssari/PT services! Very expert and personalized coaching, I recommend it! Online coaching also has really good and precise instructions, which you will definitely get results by following 🤩

Suvi Mattila: Proteins who know their stuff and an insane team spirit among the trainers.

Pauliina Seppänen: At JM Sykke, the training sessions are always thought through to the end. The best thing about coming to the studio is that all you have to do is perform when the trainer has planned everything. I especially like that the exercises are always varied, so you never get bored!

Pauliina Rantala: Great instructors, good setting, good selection of group workouts. And generally a nice low-threshold mood!

Tiia T: I recommend. Workouts for everyone, regardless of level. An easy way to start moving and taking care of yourself.

Leena Sulonen: Really professional instructors, good facilities, good equipment, there is a parking space. I would give six 🌟 if I could. Also suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is always an alternative.

Pia Lillukkamäki: Good trainers, clean facilities for training and very good equipment for training. You can find training buddies in nice and versatile classes. Even if you are not in good shape, you are welcome to the classes, the coaches help and you can be "yourself".

Tarja Koskisola: For eight years, I've had fun in JM Sykke's versatile workouts. A lot of tools are used in the classes and really versatile. There is also enough equipment for stronger individuals! It's nice to train in small groups and you can get sparring from both instructors and training buddies! If you have any challenges with your knees or even your back, you don't have to stand straight in class: the instructors will give you alternative movements and you'll have something to do for the whole class 😊

Sonja Valkama: Nice instructors and training group classes are very suitable for even less experienced trainers. You can book private training sessions on Sundays, which is a big plus!
